Very nice spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking. I didn't care for the warmed over and rather tasteless breakfast sandwiches.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Skip the free breakfast though. Waffles kept warm in a steamer, kinda gross, unless you like your waffles soggy.

The location was good. The lobby was nicely done. The staff was friendly. The bed and couch were very uncomfortable. There were items left behind by previous persons in the room. The breakfast was lousy. The croissant breakfast sandwiches were frozen, heated in a microwave, leaving the bread hard. No scrambled eggs, which are hard to mess up. Worst Residence Inn stay in 30 years.

Water could've been hotter for shower Needs a coffee table.

Breakfast was superior to most. The room was poor. Blackout curtains with holes in them so the light shown through. A toilet that had to be flushed 4 times to get it all down. Stains on the furniture.

Good stay... OK location. Check in was hard to find--they need signage indicating the main lobby from the outside.

The breakfast has plenty of cold and hot options and the menu never changes so you always know what is available. However my family experienced the unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior from the Manager on site. It seemed for every Good Morning me and husband expressed to staff and other guests, there was always a condescending reply or dismissive attitude. On our last trip which had, the Manager went as far to be so inappropriate that she denied my Husband entry into the hotel since he stepped out to load our vehicle with our belongings before checkout. He had forgotten his key to our suite inside and I had just left with my daughter to purchase a gift for my Husband as it was his birthday that day Jan 3rd :). The Manager said since she could not verify his identity with a name on the room she would not allow him entry or remake him a key card. My husband shared that he and our family had a reservation for the last 3 days and had been frequent guests. Unfortunately the Manager insisted that I, his wife who booked the room call the hotel and speak with her direct to verify his identity. The whole experience was unnecessary and completely embarrassing for us both. As guests who had already been verified on day of check-in, myself being the person who made the reservation and my Husband who's credit card was on file and had each been given key cards.
