Days Inn by Wyndham Muscle Shoals Florence

The price was a bit more than the quality we experienced. It was a great location, and we found it fairly clean. During summer months, the AC does not blow very cold at night.

Ok place to stay. It felt like some sort of cleaner was left on the floor when they cleaned it. Have stayed here multiple times and haven’t had this issue.

The reviews everywhere state that these are clean rooms, indeed they are, we did not realize that booking on Expedia or Hotels.com does not let you designate a non-smoking room. We ended up with a smoking room. Thankfully, the smell was almost non-existent. Check in with a Plexiglas window between you and the receptionist makes you feel like you're in the bad part of town. You can't get to breakfast without using a card key.

Breakfast was disappointing as I do not like raisins and they only had raisings in their bagels. They should always have a plain choice for those who don't like flavors. Also, they are very strict about 9:00 am - must be done and out. I have never had that experience at a hotel before were there wasn't some time to linger even after the end of breakfast. It felt very rude. I feel like the breakfast time needs to be extended. Many people were there last minute and could make a waffle because of that and closing immediately. Also, they are weird to come get towels form the room. Then, they come back to clean the room and bring towels back. Thus, they disturb you twice in the morning unnecessarily. Came back after breakfast to no towels and no explanation as to what was going on. That is not normal. I was very displeased with that. The room was okay and basic. The shower has awesome pressure.

Good deal for the price.. older but had some updates and the room was clean. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean.

Room was cleaned lobby smelled nice staff was friendly and beds were comfortable breakfast was good.

Room could have been cleaner. Found toilet paper residue on bathroom floor and hair in bathtub, dirt in cornersof bathroom floor which was ibvious when you sat on the commode. Breakfast was adequate and when we needed more bagels the attendant was willing to go get a few more to put out. We chose this hotel as the listing indicated it would only be 10 minutes from our destination. It was actually 30 minutes away.

It was very hot in the room. The air was on but didnt circulate right. So we had to go buy fans

I thought it looked awful, the eggs were awful looking, options were sparse, no fresh fruit. All of it.
