Terrible staff, especially the guy with the beard in the night!! He was so rude about people sitting relaxing in the lobby. Felt like we was in jail, certain hours you must stay in your room, not even a good evening nothing. No type of hospitality or nice calm communication. The girl and the guy with the glasses was nice though....

Llegando a la habitación y el aire no funcionaba. Se lo comuniqué al personal y me lo arreglaron al otro día. Buen desayuno. Puedes usarlo para unos días de estancia.

I was not informed of the 250 $ deposit that I needed to check in and me and my children had to sleep in the car because they wouldn't refund my money I will next use microtel or Expedia again

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Room had a strange odor. I wish they had peanut butter and jelly for the bagels, and Splenda for the coffee. Overall good nights stay.

I made a reservation and when I went to check in . I was told because my address on my ID was within 30 miles of the hotel that I couldn't stay there. My roof on my house is being redone. I don't understand why I couldn't stay there.

Enjoyed the hotel but needed the washing machine to be working, it was overloaded with quarters. Found a nice laundromat 2 miles away so it worked out.
