Decent pillows. Pool was closed. Next to a very loud street. The grouit in the bathroom tiles was hopefully dark or it was mold.

Y'all did everything right! The room wasn't for me, but rather for family members who were moving from AZ to TN. I booked & paid; they stayed; they were very pleased with Red Roof - all aspects. nothing

This was perhaps the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The tub was filthy!! dirty around the floor in the bathroom, stains on the entire bathroom door, tissues stuffed into a wall as a door stop, etc. I was shocked at the condition of everything in the hotel.

We liked the price…and the the bed was very comfortable. Wasn’t a 2.5 star hotel. Scuffed floors and door jams. No Kleenex. Finicky tv remote. Very old bathroom.

Location works well on our route, pet policy We signed up for non-smoking room. We get there and they only have smoking. Tell me they switched it due to availability - never contacted me. Did offer to spray room but it did not help at all. Offered me a cancellation after 6.5 hr drive.

The price was affordable. The young lady in the reception area was very pleasant. I am 77 and had a little trouble stepping from the bathtub onto the floor. A handrail on the wall would have been beneficial. Also, no cups in the sink area of the restroom. We had to use the coffee cups to brush our teeth. Also soap in this area would have been good too. I had to go to the shower and use the shower gel to wash my hands.
