Rooms were clean, spacious Location was most definitely not as pictured. Parking was not amazing, small lot. Dark parking garage.

The rooms are clean and updated. Even better: they still do daily room service! For some reason there wasn’t any air conditioning in the hallways, so that was strange. Pool is nice. Staff helpful. Water bottle filling stations everywhere, which is awesome when traveling. I would recommend.

The hotel is AMAZING! Located in beautiful downtown area with nice views and heritage. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean.

The room was very good. The breakfast was not so good for the price. The Buffett breakfast was not warm and not enough selections.

Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Close to a couple of breweries we enjoyed.

Great location for the event we attended. Staff was very helpful, we had problems with the air and they fix it right away

Great place in the middle of action filled downtown with restaurants and various museums nearby. Perfect anchor place for a vacation in Pure Michigan.

The staff was very helpful. Blackout shades in the room are nice. Beds comfortable. We had a good stay here. Location was great where we could walk to dinner out.

Room was well stocked with coffee, towels and shampoos. I loved the shower!! The beds were also very comfortable. The window blinds added a beautiful touch to the room.
