Great little spot. Melanie was very communicative and the free laundry machine was awesome, plus the kitchen being stocked with actual usable amenities and seasonings etc is sweet.

The full kitchen was great. It was nice to have the ability to have and prep our own food. The building has clearly been renovated and updated, and the space was clean. The complimentary coffee was delicious! I didn't like that there wasn't staff on site, for questions or assistance. When I tried to call about an early check in, I had to go through an AI bot, that sent a message to the owners. They responded with an email, but when I replied, I never heard back.

Close to downtown and lake. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable! Quiet. Could not hear other occupants in next unit which helps when sleeping. Having full kitchen unit is nice. I did not use it but for others it’s definitely a plus. Parking was easy access. I parked on the street For an older person the stairs was a little too many. No full length mirror. I didn’t realize their was so many stairs.

The location was great, a short walk a couple blocks to downtown and the park on the water. The studio unit was very clean and the refurbed historic building made it unique. It’s a nice apartment for the price of a hotel room.

could be so cute. But it was kind of dirty. Staff did not check inside microwave after the previous guest. Also there's a woven plastic table that's just gross. using a woven table in a

Clean and comfortable Cold air moving across floor from bathroom. Kitchen faucet and toilet seat loose.

The bed linens had visible stains and didn’t smell clean. Ordinarily, bed linens smell distinctly of bleach or detergent. Sitting on the bed, it smelled like sitting on someone else’s bed - like my own bed when I need to wash my bedding. The bathroom door almost didn’t close without a hefty shove, the light above the sink didn’t work at all. The couch upstairs had noticeable soils and stains. I wouldn’t sit on it. When I opened the blinds there were a few dead bugs on the window ledges. The entire place smelled a bit musty and dank. It wasn’t comfortable to even look around and unpack. I couldn’t stay. My husband and I left and gladly spent another $230.19 to get a hotel room for the night where the room smelled wonderful, the linens were crisp and smelled like freshly bleached whites and all surfaces were dust, bug and stain free.

Loved the modern, comfortable rooms in an older building. Good job! Would have preferred a downstairs suite.

The room was pretty. The area was close to downtown. But the neighborhood was not the greatest. Some house beside and behind it were run down. Overall nice place to stay.
