Everything was wonderful, except for our room keys. We had to have them replaced at least 4 times. They weren't working for the room or amenity rooms. But the staff was quick and nice about it.

Sara the bartender was overwhelmed granted she was new, but handled the pressure like a seasoned vet...big shout out to her...

I really miss the buffet breakfast they used to have. I don't even care if I have to pay it's just nice to go dwn grab a pancake or omelet before you start your day. Not too many restaurants that do not have a free breakfast bar.

It’s a great location—very close to downtown. We absolutely loved the view and the hotel itself is beautiful! All of the staff were super friendly as well. We will definitely be staying here when we come up again.

My mom also had a broken iron and her room was filthy so she had to be moved to a clean room. There was even blood on the pillowcase.

The hotel is right on the water and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only criticism is it is very dated. However, the bed in comfortable and the staff were very accommodating! There is a small bar and restaurant in the hotel and another right next door that has lots of outdoor seating.

It's a great location for using the Shoreline trail on a bike. It's a perfect size, beautiful setting near the water, nice pool and facilities. The friendly staff had a warm greeting and the room and bed was comfortable.
