Not sure how it got a rating of 9 and wonderful for families, the indoor pool is the smallest I've seen and there were 10 children aged 2-14 with no adult with them running and diving into the hot tub and pool, trash and food everywhere, pizza in the hot tub, fist fight in the pool, it was too dangerous for my kids to swim, the staff did nothing about it.

We loved the older hotel atmosphere. Lakefront scenery, indoor/outdoor pool options and dining choices. One elevator was broken so it took a bit for the remaining but that was our only complaint. It super fancy but perfect for what we wanted and we will return!

Our AC went out in our room. We were given the choice to move to another room in which they upgraded us to a corner room. This was so nice and much appreciated. The hotel has a unique style. It is pretty dated, however it is well maintained. Also, there are many bugs/spiders on the balconies. They need to spray or knock them down.

Stayed for one night and the property is really nice! I booked a room with the lake view and it was incredible. The hotel has an old school vibe so may seem outdated to some but overall it was great, I would book again. Only not picky thing is one of the elevators was broken so took me nearly 20 mins to wait for one as everyone was checking out at the same time.

Everything was clean, staff was great. The pool is finally heated (wasn’t last year) and both hot tubs are working (1 was not last year). Got a room with a full balcony this year and loved that. The only complaint I have is 1 elevator was down. Which doesn’t seem like a big deal but there are only 2 elevators. The wait time to go up or down was annoying, first world problems so I just used th stairs. I’ve stayed two years in a row and would again but was told they are transitioning into a Hilton…so we will see how that goes.
