Clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good.

Good location and size of the room. Construction materials were left in the hallway and room doors off hinges for the rooms across the hall. Sound from other rooms were interruptions in the late night hours. Price was too expensive for the room and amenities.

Would not stay here again.

Those things aside, an ok stay for the area. It’s slim pickings’, especially if you need pet friendly. Staff, breakfast, and grass to walk dogs on were excellent.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great.

The facilities, the staff, the plumbing, the construction, the bed springs. It was terrible. Waste of money. So stressful. The staff was terrible. We couldn’t even use our toilet. We had to pee in the shower.
-
Extreme.noise from a pump on the other side of the wall from our room. Because of that and other noise we couldn’t sleep.

The pool room was so uncomfortably hot it had to have been 90°. At times it was hard to breath while I was watching my kids swim. When I inquired there was nothing they could do and I wasn’t allowed to prop the door open.

This location is currently under renovation. (April 2026) King Suites no longer have Jacuzzi tubs (so watch where you get your room from, i.e. booking sites) We stayed in a freshly renovated King Suite which is now huge for 2 people. Staff was great upon arrival. Breakfast area was great, with good service from morning staff.

When we arrived after a 13 hr drive we were given a room key and tried and couldn't get in. This room was on 1st floor and front desk clerk was walking by the end and I told her it wasn't working, she told me keep trying, we did and still no luck. I would think she would've walked down to us to help us, but no. I walked back to the desk and she said she had to give us another room which was fine. We went to that room on 2nd floor and tried that key several times, not working. I went BACK to the desk and opoohhh so sorry I gave you the wrong room number ? seriously. 3rd try we FINALLY got into room. Frustrating start to say the least. Breakfast was ok.

Very clean with a feel of home. Fresh inviting welcome with Amazing Coffee 24 hrs with fresh fruit available as well. Pool area was very clean, beds were super comfy. They send you with a Safe Travels snack bag such as nice touch!

Staff was friendly. Room was just ok. Small bathroom sink for 2 people to share. Breakfast was mediocre.

The bed was hard, the pillows were lumpy and hard and people were running through the halls at all times
