location We asked for an upper level floor months in advance and all we got was 8th floor. The electric griddle was filthy when we got into the room. Room had 2 tvs and 1 remote when we got there. Maintenance brought a new remote and proceeded to tell us that our incident deposit was at risk of being kept because we left the balcony door open too long when we got in the room. Was never told anything about only leaving the balcony door open for 10 minutes during check in. The front staff were not friendly at all. The parking garage is no longer gated.

The view and proximity to the ocean. The elevators were often not working which caused huge delays. Frequent wait of 20+ minutes. The room wasn't cleaned the entire stay, trash and dirty towels were never taken from the room unless I initiated it. The shower curtain was so tattered all water went on the floor, had to keep towels in a pile to absorb and had to keep moving the towels so they could dry by the next shower. The bathroom vent in the ceiling dripped water badly, had to keep up with that to avoid slipping and falling.

The room we stayed in could use a good update. Toilet paper holder coming off the wall. The furniture is older and drawers don’t close good. Smallest outdoor pool I’ve seen. I suppose it was a lap pool. Unsure there. Otherwise I did still enjoy my stay there.

Outside area was wonderful, facilities where clean and amazing, room was-neat and well furnished. the location to both broadway and the boardwalk are ergonomic and proficient Room stated “ocean view “ should say partial or Split View, we were at a 90° angle with the ocean looking at the side of the neighboring building. Had a 8:30-9am wake-up from housekeeping for fresh towels, slightly startling in a half sleepy stuper

The rooms were spacious. Felt like we were in a 1 bedroom apartment I called for towels , wash cloths and more tissue and had to go to the front desk to receive it . It was marked as delivered but was never brung up to me . Also we seen 2 small black bugs in our bed my fiance said they were not bed bugs but still had me and my family on edge .

The location is great, pool was clean, and room was clean The front desk lady seemed bothered when I went to check in. The inner tubs for the lazy river, that are mandatory, were very small

The location was close to many activities, and the staff was amazing. The water pressure was so bad, you were in and out of the shower in no time. The rooms could've been cleaner, better, and really need some updates. And for some people it's fine, but there were a ton of kids.

We just came to relax and that what we did. Place to eat besides Starbust

Location to the beach was fine. Location to other attractions in town were fairly close. Small what appeared to be mold in shower by ceiling. The toilet wabled when set on it. The refrigerator in operable. Maintenance came and looked at it, still not working properly. Could have had chairs in room to sit rather than having to sit on the beds.
