Loved the location and the big balcony! The fact that it took us a solid hour and a half to get an elevator to leave on Monday! They should have gotten an employee to help operate the elevators.

The check in was fast and simple since I had reservation. Room was clean and had nice view off the balcony. It was a corner room so balcony was very small. But nice view. Only thing I can say that wasn’t great was how old everything was. The lights would flicker and door wouldn’t close without slamming it shut. But for price wasn’t bad. Definitely needs to think about redoing some electrical stuff and renovations to replace old wore out items like doors and carpet.

It was clean and it wasn’t to fair from the strip. The room they put us in was right above the pool, and it was very noisy.

1- wristband didn't work. 3 times. 2- TV didn't work. 3- Air Conditioner didn't work. 4- Toilet seat broken off completely. 5- NO trash can! The entire time! Although I asked a dozen times! 6- NO Toilet paper. 7- NO coffee after the 1st morning. Although I asked a dozen times! 8- Bed had a mattress cover as a blanket! 9- Carpet was nasty! Felt wet even! Had to toss out my white socks! I even requested to be moved to another room... nope!! Front desk basically laughed at me! But we had plenty of stiff ruff towels every day! Not to mention this was our HONEYMOON! And possibly my husband last trip to the beach! HE Was was diagnosed with colon cancer in August! Already to far gone!! I told ALL THIS TO the hotel to you think they offered anything at all! Not even an apology for the slack service! I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. THIS PLACE COULD CARE LESS!! ITS ALL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY $$$$$. NOPE! Bypass this place people!

My spiritual sister and I stayed in the condo and it was more than we could ever have expected. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay. It made our spiritual retreat all the more memorable. Even the view was breathtaking during the day as well the night (full moon). Customer service was amazing too! I will definitely be returning soon….

Hi the room was clean a perfect ocean front view and hotel pool view definitely no complains. The room would have benefited from a small dinette table with chairs. both pools outside/inside were nice seemed well kept. The location was perfect. It could have been a small dinette table and chairs but, I would still rebook with/without!

It was the worst experience. They overcharged me, didn't have the rooms I had booked available, and charged me extra money. The housekeeping manager treated us badly, and they tried to kick us out the night before checkout. Honestly, it was the worst experience of my life; I do not recommend it—the hotel is terrible.
