We stayed for two days. Overall, we are pleased. We recommend staying here!

Room needed updates. There were spots on the ceiling and 2 holes were punched in the bathroom door, with which they repaired with scotch tape. The stove was also rusted at the bottom. Check in is also across from the actual resort.

The hotel layout and design of the pool area is very good and a lot of fun. But the hotel which we’ve stayed at several times, is starting to look a little tired. We had to pay a $15 a night parking fee, which was not listed anywhere and which we did not recall having to pay in the past. Overall, we and our eight year-old grandson had a great time and a lot of fun.

We loved our stay there. Room was nice clean and spacious. Water park and pools was great.

The rooms were poorly renovated and not cleaned very well. There was hair everywhere and my wife had to clean our floors and bathroom before allowing the kids free run of the space. Room in it's entirety showed excessive wear and tear in all areas. It was NOT what was advertised in online pictures. Parking was also ridiculous; not enough spaces for guests on multiple occasions. Definitely NOT worth the cost. The pool was pretty dirty the first night but the rest of the water park seemed to be OK. Hopefully the other 3 towers aren't like tower 1.

I did not like how one elevator was broke the whole time and there was no ventilation in the elevators. I also did not like how a lot of the machines in the arcade were broken and half of the arcade was extremely hot with only one fan running. The ac in our room worked but was having a hard time keeping up and half the room stayed hot. The coffee was expired and the coffee pot was really nasty. I couldn't use the toaster without it burning the bread even on the lowest setting and it setting the alarm off. There was not very good directions in the park garage either. The pool was nice outside but the inside pool should be heated, it was freezing even in the heat of the day. The hot tubs were small but great. All of the guests I talked with were nice too, which made it fun. I was not a fan of the small pillows and did not like the stain on the side of our bed. Mostly the trip was very nice but I do think I will stay somewhere else next time we go.

    Wonderful place for family trips

The staff was quite responsive, and the cleaning ladies were very friendly; the only issue was that the pool was a bit dirty at night, but otherwise, everything was top-notch.

On the downside, while the room was clean, there were definitely repairs that needed to happen. The baseboard in the bathroom was peeling off. The showerhead was not great. The rack for hanging our clothes on (because you didn’t get an actual closet; just a wire rack like you didn’t have a college dorm) was falling off the wall. Also, the rooms were painted the dreariest gray ever so they weren’t inviting to be in. Truly superficial I know when the point was to be on the beach but still. The elevators are unbelievably slow and for the number of people that were trying to go up and down, if they were going that slow, there not enough of them. I think the thing that got me the most was you were supposed to have these orange wrist bands on to have access to the pools at the beach and they were very specifically said they would be checking, which they absolutely never did and people were doing things on the beach which they absolutely we’re not supposed to be doing. We were there over Fourth of July weekend and people were firing fireworks off directly from the beach, one landing, maybe 10 feet away from us. The next morning we took the stairs down to the beach and the smell was so overwhelmingly of human urine that my daughter and I were gagging by the time we got out. For the money we spent, I wasn’t expecting a 5-star, but I was definitely expecting more.

Room was out dated, check-in was terrible. The pools were nice and definitely liked the easy access to the beach.

I have to continue going to the check in desk to get maintenance service for a bed that needed repair. But my overall stay was a 100/10

One of the best things about this hotel is its fantastic location. The hotel offers direct access to the beach, making it easy to walk from your room to the beach whenever you want throughout the day. It is also conveniently located near many restaurants, museums, family attractions, and other places to explore. The hotel was clean throughout our stay, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room included a small kitchenette and a mini refrigerator, which made it easy to prepare simple meals and snacks. The only downside was that parking was not included in the room rate. We had to pay about $15 per night for parking. Other than that, we had a great experience. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for families. It offers great entertainment, direct beach access, and a fun atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Room had roaches. there was a couple holes in the room and it was outdated. Great location and great pool area

I visit MB every year and this has been the worst.Stayed here numerous of times previously and had zero issues. This particular time some construction was going on directly in front of my oceanfront. We did not have direct beach access which was terrible and the obstructing noise throughout the night. This time just messed up every great stay my family and I had here.Scratching this property off my list for good.

Cleanliness was definitely an issue. The rooms are very outdated and poorly taken care of. The floors were clearly damaged and in need of repair. The walls were paper thin. So much noise! The ice machine was right outside our room and we could hear it the whole night. The water park machines are on through the night and extremely loud. The elevators had a weird smell and made a worrying thunk sound when we reached the ground levels. The pools were nice, but way too small for the amount of people staying at the resort. Half of the hot tubs were either not working or not very hot. There were hoses filling water into some of the pools which was a strange sight. The stairs up to the slides were really smelly and gross, they were obviously not cleaning that area throughout the day and it smelled like musty water because of that. There was a vending machine with “unlimited drinks” for a certain amount of days if you bought it which was out of everything and we would have to ask the bar to fill our drink. We appreciate the workers for doing that but they should not have had to be doing so! Overall our stay was not very relaxing and for how much guests are paying, this hotel needs to make some serious renovations or lower their prices. Would not recommend…

There are several SMALL hot tubs like maybe 2 ppl can fit comfortably. The lazy river is nice as well as the little splash pad. Now as far as the rooms go. The bathtub was duct taped. The toilet was dirty and WET!! The floors were filthy the mirrors were dirty. The table was disgusting dirty. My door to my room took forever to get IN to. Finally figured out you have to pull on the handle swipe your key and QUICLKY pull the handle town and push it open. Went to EXIT my room door wouldn't open.....had to push on the door pull the handle down and pull the door to get out. Now here's for the scary part.... Someone walked into my room thinking it was theres while myself and my 3 children were in there. Come to find out if you dont SLAM your door its NOT shut. My 2 year old started screaming she was so scared. Had a very nice view of the beach. Only 1 person on the staff that we encountered was nice EVERYONE else extremely rude. The elevators are confusing. If you get on the wrong elevator it'll take forever to get to your room. You have to pay close attention which tower elevator you use. The water park is great The pools and hot tub are ok The lazy river is cool The view nice The rooms SCAREY and NOT very safe The staff not so great The price isn't really worth it. Won't go back

As I thought I was booking a resort and the accommodations of a resort this was a modified hotel. The staff was great. The pool was filthy cigarette butts popcorn. The room was so small. It said it had a living room room. It did not had the bare minimal when you would call for something like more towels or toilet paper. It took hours to get the elevators were so stagnant no circulation of air always garbage in them took forever the laundry accommodations were not what I expected. I thought we had washer and dryer in the unit as most resorts do you had three washers that were working and four dryers for two towers of 14 floors crazy absolutely crazy I would never ever ever book here again.

    The water park is fun

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The pools were ok but the last day one had a lot of grime and trash floating on the top. It can be a little hard to get a chair sometimes but there are chairs in the shade which are nice. I think the resort has potential if they really get their act together and keep it clean. I would not recommend staying here.

Checking into this hotel is a joke. The staff is so rude. They don’t care about any situation. The staff is rude. We paid ALOT for a nice room. Staff tried to tell me the room will make up for the horrible service we got. NO. We PAID for the nice room. The restaurant there was HORRIBLE. Waited 2 hours for food.. and ended up leaving when they brought all the wrong food. Staff was yelling and arguing with us. Coffee shop was disrespectful and GROSS. The pools at the building smelt like BUTT Dirty dirty dirty. I will never stay here again.
