Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk

The room was spotless, and I truly loved waking up to the beautiful beach view from my balcony.

Best part - great location right off the boardwalk and rooms with oceanfront views! Having a full fridge, small stove/oven and microwave was very convenient. They have a nice pool area, a small lazy river, kid pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the lounge chairs under the palm trees in the grassy area. We also enjoyed having the poolside bar. The building and rooms are a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. I recommend requesting a room on a high floor for the view. The check-in parking area is a bit tight and it was very hard to navigate having arrived at night and in the rain. My biggest compliment goes to the staff and a special shout out to the person working the front desk when I checked in late Sunday night. I think her name was Aria. My nerves were so frazzled after an eight-hour drive and arriving in a very serious downpour. This woman was so kind to me and made sure I had everything I needed. She made such a good impression on me. All of the staff were terrific. Great custodial staff too! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a quick weekend away. Super close to airport & cheap uber ride to property. Simple, clean room with a nice balcony. Location is perfect to walk to many restaurants & areas with activity. Tiki bar is reasonably priced & makes it easy for an icey drink on hot days. Restaurants are just steps away. Small pool for so many guests but still a nice cozy area w beautiful palms & vegetation around. Not fancy/no frills but still clean, convenient & everything you would need. I would definitely return. The lobby cafe serves Starbucks & has tons of food & other beverages as well, down fall is they close at 2pm. I’d have loved an iced at 5pm after the beach. Recommend this property for cleanliness, location, beach. Had a wonderful time!

The property was right on the beach the room was clean and spacious with a kitchen and a full size fridge my only complaint was we couldn't take a shower because the tub drain was clogged up and when we reported it to the front desk there was no apology or no I'm sorry about that or no complimentary cup of coffee she just said I'll put it in the computer and let maintenance know

The bad: the pillows felt like they were from your great aunt's couch in 1975, the pool was never quite clear-probably because of so m a ny guests, the filter just can't quite keep up, there is a musty smell wherever carpet is outside (why is there carpet outside?), the appliances are also from your great aunt's house in 1975, the rooms need updating, or at least painting and different flooring, our carpet was damp from the humidity so maybe a dehumidifier in the rooms?

This resort was in an excellent location. Ocean front view was fabulous. Walking distance to many activities for the kids. Restaurants also within walking distance. The Staff at the front desk always helpful and friendly . Maid service was on spot.

Staff was rude at front desk. Manager on site was not concerned or showed any care in helping secure handicap parking. More worried about 15 min unload parking. Although they offered 5 spots for handicap they also offered just as many for 15min. Was told to park 2 blocks away on top floor of parking garage. Handicap tag for vehicle was on display. The staff called and had me move . I will be sending a formal complaint.

Choosing this hotel was obviously the wrong choice. The door would not completely close unless you kind of slam up against it, the mattress was just awful and had a huge dent on one side, the ac would not adjust to high but stayed on low and the room got really hot, no on had dust the curtains in years by the looks of the build up of dust and my allergies went crazy and on top of that there was food left on the floor, hair all over the towels and bugs in the bathroom. The location was great, but I would not stay here again.

When we finally got to the room, it didn’t feel clean. It smelled like someone had just sprayed air freshener to cover up odors rather than the room actually being cleaned. The pool area was also very disappointing. The lazy river and pool were full of sand and visibly dirty, making them unpleasant to use. Overall, the delayed check-in and lack of cleanliness made for a frustrating stay. We expected much better and would not stay here again.

Asked to get curtains changed. Excuses everytime we talked with someone (4 people in management). The pool areas were good.

I stayed here for a 3-night stay for a quick getaway. I have to start with the pros: the staff, including the bartending staff, was really nice and helpful. When I accidentally locked myself out of my room, they gave me a replacement key free of charge, which I really appreciated. However, as for the hotel itself, the pictures online are quite misleading. It feels much more like an updated motel than a true hotel. It is not truly as clean as you would expect; it feels run-down, and it's one of those places where the corners of the rooms have accumulated dirt. Additionally, the water flow in both the toilet and shower was very inconsistent. Location-wise, it's nice that it is right in the middle of everything, but it is extremely loud due to the SkyWheel and another roller coaster right there—if you want a good night's sleep, this isn't the place to be. The other guests also seemed a little rowdy most nights, with people running around in the hallways at all ends of the night. I was looking for a peaceful stay and this definitely wasn't it. While I am thankful for the staff and how easy it was to get everywhere, I wouldn't stay here again.

I checked into the Pavilion Hotel for my holiday but had to check out within 15 minutes of arriving. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room, which had a strong mould odour and felt unfit for use. As I have a mould allergy, this made it unsafe for me to remain there. The room also appeared unclean and outdated, and it is clear that the rooms are in need of updating and better maintenance to meet acceptable standards Because of these issues, I was unable to continue my stay or enjoy my holiday at the hotel
