This property may work well for HGV owners, but as a renter paying the going rate, I would strongly recommend looking at other options. The biggest problem is the poor value for the money. The experience simply does not feel premium enough to justify the rental cost. The checkout policy is very inflexible, which can make the final day unnecessarily stressful, especially for families or travelers with flights and long drives. At this price point, some reasonable flexibility would be expected. The beach experience was also disappointing. While the property provides beach chairs, the hotel-designated chair area offers very limited visibility—the actual beach is hardly visible from the provided chairs. If you’re expecting a relaxing beach-view experience, set your expectations accordingly. There are plenty of better-value hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals nearby offering more flexibility and, in many cases, a better overall experience for the same or less money. My recommendation: Owners—enjoy the facility. Renters—stay away unless you find an exceptional deal. Do your research and compare alternatives before booking. Your vacation money can be spent much more wisely elsewhere. I am a Hilton Honers member but that is useless here as it’s not considered here at all.

Great location.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Ocean Front room and cannot wait to be back. The location is perfect to take a small walk to the boardwalk or hang out on the beach. Coffee is less than a 2 minute walk in a mostly covered path so no matter the weather you can get something quickly. The garage has ample parking and was very easy to get to.

The valet was my issue it gave no assistance i traveled solo and no one cared to assist fire them all

I enjoyed my stay except for the coffee pot. I could not figure out how to use it. You need a Kuerig one cup

Beautiful property in a great location

It was an amazing experience I'll definitely be going back.

Clean, pretty, close to everything.

I loved we could walk out to the beach or pool. The room was gorgeous. Our ac even though the engineers came couple times to fix it was humming loud all night. I believe it was our room issue. Our family who stayed in another room did not have same issue. The staff was all extremely helpful and nice. Food wise ( restaurants in area ) was good but not as unique as we hoped in the area. The better food was 20 min north or south ( Murrells inlet or barefoot landing )

Clean room/ amazing service, location is a big plus!!!

Recent family trip with 1 year old baby. Room was dusty but overall clean. Ocean view was nice from our room on the 17th floor. Staff helpful. I liked that you could text to request certain items and just text questions and hotel staff would respond in a timely manner. I wasn’t aware of the parking situation beforehand but self parking is $20 per day and valet is $25 per day so just get the valet as this is so convenient and they quickly retrieve vehicles when called. Super convenient location with very close proximity to the boardwalk. Also less than 10 minutes driving time away from Broadway at The Beach
