Room service was not good!

Resort was nice. Great location and access to beach. The pool was a bit small. The only con is that there were no attendants near pool or lazy river. There was kids hogging tubes and doing dangerous silly things with no one to stop them or manage.

The rooms were very nice the view was amazing and the rooms were very clean There was a mix up and they double charged me and the employee I talked to said she would take care of but ended up doing nothing about it like she didn't care at all but I spoke to a different lady and she got it figured out right then and there and told me that they have problems with that employee being lazy

The only inconvenience was during certain hours the elevators were basically at a stand still. Other than that everything was great

An excellent person, and everything was very clean and comfortable.

I booked 3 rooms for 5 days for a family vacation. Great location, both on the beach and in North Myrtle. Nice pool, lounges, bar, bistro and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. We Uber'd everywhere and no long waits. Gorgeous beach view, recommend a beach facing room. Clean, modern, updated place. Bonus if you like ice cream is the Ben & Jerry's next door. Zero regrets choosing this hotel and absolutely would book again.

Nice and clean hotel.

Our kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and the lazy river. The indoor water slide was a hit and provided hours of fun. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and having lifeguards on duty made us feel safe and relaxed. Another big plus was the location , only about a 15-minute walk to the boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy local attractions without needing to drive. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel, and we would definitely stay here again!

Ocean front The room design was very awkward with washroom dropped smack down in the center dividing up and cramping the space.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, smelled great, and offered a fantastic view. My only real complaint is the parking situation. It’s self-park only and located in a very narrow garage across the street, and you have to check in first just to get a parking pass. To make matters worse, there was a local biker event that closed down one side of the street. Trying to turn left into the front of the building—and then navigate back out to the garage—was an absolute nightmare.

Very clean. Breakfast hot foods could have been a little warmer, not a fan of cold eggs.

Spacious rooms, clean and a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. This was an ideal spot for a family with kids! Easy access to the beach and many pool options.

Breakfast was great, coffee was amazing, and the pool area was always clean and well maintained. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the view off the balcony was stunning. Gorgeous property— we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
