SpringHill Suites by Marriott Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

I had a wonderful stay.

I loved the oceanfront access and shared amenities. My only complaint was the TV wasn't working perfectly but did most of the time.

The location, amenities, parking , staff and cleanliness of the hotel and property were great . The room itself was alright, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable and the bathroom door doesn't close.

We have stayed at the Springhill suites twice now and would never go anywhere else. The breakfast is amazing rooms are great staff is the nicest ever. It is in a great location and makes our stay in Myrtle beach the best.

Location clean and updated. Amenities, work out room didn’t have water available or paper cups. No pool service.

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Ice making facility on every floor was very convenient. Elevators were fast and frequent. I’ve marked down my score as breakfast was poor, not a huge amount of choice, largely very unhealthy and recyclable plates and plastic cutlery. It was very underwhelming!! And

I got a room that fits five people and for the price, I thought it was going to be more spacious. The room had no privacy, the bathroom right in front of the three beds, no bathroom fan to avoid noise in the bathroom, they gave us 3 towels for a room meant for 5 people, the room was not as clean and beds uncomfortable, overall I could have gotten a better experience elsewhere

The entire experience was excellent.

Quiet rooms and hallways. Only downside was housekeeping wasn’t consistent on cleaning the room without asking , but not a huge deal

Also,there is no cleaning in the rooms,just change of towels.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Pool was crowded every day. Not enough lounge chairs available in the pool area.

The staff members were friendly, especially the lady that brought our towels. There were several pools to choose from for our family of 6 and we could look out to the beach & pool from our room. Breakfast was great. Not sure why the conditioner bottle wasn’t on the shower wall like it should be and the drain was slow but those are minor stuff. I would book this place again.

Our stay was pleasant as always. The staff were a great help.

Made a reservation. Drove 13 hours for them to tell me they canceled my reservation bc I didn’t check in at 4pm. Mind you my check in wasn’t til 9pm. Took the money out of my account just to tell me that it will be 7-14 days before I get it back. Beyond pissed… do better
