Dayton House Resort, BW Signature Collection

The room was clean for the most part. Could have used a bit more touches. It was a comfortable room. Great view. Love the chairs and umbrellas they have for their guests. Like the security feature on the elevator. Overall a great stay. The outdoor bar should stay open later in the summer. 8 is a little too early

Breakfast was great! Staff didn't speak English, stayed a week and they never cleaned our rooms, only switched out clean towels.

The bathroom wasn’t clean,, the bedroom dirty, sink dirty, towels dirty,, sheets dirty stains all over, the parking in different places if you find parking spots You have lucky,, the breakfast place is on other building ,, but is all dirty everywhere in the property. My first time and my last one too.

Great access to the beach, plenty of swimming pools. Excellent breakfast and a wonderful and helpful staff

Good place to stay

Waited about 7 hours to get into the room, breakfast had a massive line out the door, and housekeeping had us change the trash and bring them our used towels instead of them doing it, they never changed the sheets or actually cleaned anything. Wouldn’t recommend this place. The only nice thing about the property was the pools, and hot tubs and it being located right on the beach. Most of the staff were rude and not very helpful.

Poor service from staff, unable to get shampoo and conditioner refilled, only got one small supply for 2 days stay, requested for another but didn’t receive

Great hospitality, we had a blast at Dayton house , there breakfast are amazing. This is our second time stayed in the place. Good job guys!!!

This was my second stay at Dayton House and both stays have been great- clean spaces, hospitable staff and the rooms are great. The breakfast house is a huge perk also. I think it’s such a great option in MB!

Rooms not clean. Very little choice on breakfast.

This place was so dirty. The breakfast was in a different area that was extremely hot and a very long line to wait to to get to the buffet.

Loved the pools. My kids were huge fans of the lazy river. Beach was not overcrowded and massive hot tubs which was so much more enjoyable not crammed.

We loved the location, as its close to everything. My family loved the lazy river and the breakfast. We will definitely come back

With having 5 buildings at full capacity, I breakfast room at Rose room was understaffed. The styrofoam plates and small plastic forks were less desirable accommodations. Better communication was needed between the hotel staff and the customers to navigate the restaurant.
