The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing to wake up to every morning.

Love the quick access to the beach. Lazy river tiki bar pool. Loved restaurant . Near board walk and pier. And I got to enjoy this with my sweet baby puppy. Made my trip so memorable. I love I’ll book the Shelby again in the near future Tiki bar was nice but drinks were not that great way to sweet and no alcohol really but was glad they had one available

The stay was nice just needed a microwave

Stayed 3 nights in the South Tower. Room was clean & comfortable, 5th floor, beautiful oceanfront view. Enjoyed pool & tiki bar most. Only have 2 negatives : Check-in took too long, there was only one person working and about 10 people waiting in line. Also, only one very small elevator, not very convenient. Other than that, no other complaints ! Very much enjoyed our stay there (with our German Shepherd pup).

The room was adorable and the staff was good. The pool area was nice and it provided quick access to the beach and boardwalk. Walking into our tower felt like you were in some basement offices. Hanging a bit of artwork would make it nicer. Our hallway had an odd smell the entire time. Bags of towels were left for at minimum 6 hrs a day. That was tacky to see constantly.

The rooms are clean and nice , this place is very well taken care of , the pools, tiki bar , reastraunt, every thing about the Shelby impressed me and my husband, great experience Nothing

My room was not cleaned at all throughput my stay. I asked the cleaning service for a towel that said they don’t have any. The fire alarm went off twice and no announcements were made on evacuation or what happened. Phone in the room wasn’t working to call the front desk. Horrible service.

Great place to stay nice pool and ocean front

It was right off the ocean The fact that they checked me out earlier than I paid for and they had to re check us in.

The design was cool, the proximity to the beach was nice. I liked the colors and aesthetic. The floor in my room was damp the entire time no matter how many times I tried to dry it. The door to the balcony was hard to close and the bathroom door didn’t close completely.

Great location and close enough to the main attractions. Staff was super friendly and had great event of live music at pool. Love the lazy river. The only two things i would complain about it which i could tried to avoid it by asking to request a certain room but i was not satisfied with being too far low floor level. I usually have been getting the highest level floor room every hotel i have booked. I would have liked to be up higher to get a better view of ocean from my room but i was so low that all i could see was the pool and slight view of ocean. It was also a little awkward going out to my balcony and seeing a guest sitting at a pool couch right in front of my balcony to the point they could just reach through the rail to my balcony. The second thing is that even though the room was very clean and no problem with that but somehow two roaches and a spider was in the bathroom at the end of the last day of our stay. I dont think they appeared because it was dirty, i just believe the bugs are common because it reminds me of Florida which im use to. And also parking is kind of limited had to walk far sort of to a garage to my car.
