The stay itself was not bad. However, my card was charged beyond what was listed on the receipt, and I have tried to call them and message them and email them since September 18th just to find out what the charge is for and have gotten no reply or assistance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the system was down when I arrived so I had to wait 50 minutes in a line to check in, that happens - no problem in the moment, but this was two weeks ago, now when I call about the card charges, they say the system is still down and they can’t access my stay or my charges and then I get hung up on. I was travelling for business and need the itemized receipt for work. If you need an itemized receipt or clarity on your hotel charges, don’t stay here.

The staff and pool The phone in room had no jack in wall to reach front desk I requested an oceanfront got there none available had to go to front desk 3 times to request towels we were seniors had to park across the street With no oceanfront from the start really spoiled our trip from the very beginning so nothing else was right we sat at pool for hours because of no view to water

Not enough staff to check in guests in a timely manner. Their system and Priceline's communication had problems that slowed check-in. They allow pets.

The proximity to the beach was the highlight of this property

It was a very nice hotel. It was clean, right on the beach and the pool/bar was very pretty and cheap. The lines at the lobby were always long and very hard to get ahold of staff when needed. A lot of people were having issues during their stay with mis communication. The hotel kept trying to take money out of our account during the stay. One day it was $150 then 270 then 100 and when we checked out $400 tried coming out. Very confusing but the trip was still fun

Everything was new and clean Everyone that worked their was friendly and helpful The tiki bar Chefs kiss The food was great!! Overall a wonderful experience and I’ll be booking with them every time I visit Myrtle beach I loved everything

The weekend we stayed, they were having a problem with their software. Checking in was a nightmare. Very disorganized, very long lines. We were told to keep coming back at a different time only to find a longer line to wait in. The hotel was clean and updated, but not maintained well. Pool deck did not look like it was cleaned daily and furniture was not put back orderly each day. Staff was not very professional in the way they handled customers or their appearance. I really don't like the location which the hotel cannot help.
