My family & I had a great experience here! We absolutely loved how clean the room was when we got there, the staff were very kind and helpful, we loved the beach view from our 21st floor balcony! It was a great experience especially because my 4 year old absolutely loves the beach!

The place was excellent but our room had an odor emanating from the carpet.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was nice, but on two different nights I seen cockroaches by the bar on the 2nd floor

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had new appliances. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect oceanfront hotel

The hotel and property are very nice. The staff is friendly. Awesome beach view from our room. The room didn't get cleaned unless requested so we struggled a little with getting rid of garbage and getting clean towels. Other than that, the hotel was great!

Cleanliness: Property and rooms, excellent. Staff polite and helpful. Great beach view. Great location. Relaxing Patio area. I will definitely be back.

Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.

It was a very nice view of the ocean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Location Access to the beach I believe they were dredging the beach

Our bathroom kept flooding, from the shower, throughout our stay. I reported it to front desk but nothing was done about it. I was only given extra towels.
