Myrtle Beach Resort by Beach Vacations

My family and I loved the property. We stayed 8/31/24-9/02/2024, so we stayed two nights the first night my 9 yr old son woke up with seven welped up cluster bites the second morning he woke up with twelve. We finally figured out he had bed bug bites. I can't post images on this platform or I would ,so another family doesn't have this issue. We don't have a update yet on how this will be fixed.

Good room. Will not rent again from the company I went thru for this unit. They were not communicative about check in or when the gate code changed during my stay.

It’s very good for a family vacation

Location Sofa bed, there was no sheets, not enough linen for 1 night, kid bed was extremely small

Upon arrival in the room the living room curtains & rod were dislodged from the wall & on the floor. There were a couple bugs we killed, there was a partially eaten cookie behind the nightstand, the living room sliding door didn’t open plus there was this severe rumbling sound that seem to happen every few mins or so. I’ve stayed there twice in the past & was highly satisfied. This time was just terrible. 2 out of 5

This was our first time here and we had a blast. We will be booking again!

Cleaniness, staff Parking machine. LOL

We did have an issue with the code for the front gate though. For some reason it was changed twice during our stay and we weren't informed, they were getting very annoyed with us at the front gate because we didn't have the updated code.

The view and condo was amazing. The resorts amenities were clean and very well kept.

Bed was comfy view was nice First off, the pictures in the listing ARE NOT accurate. This was a totally different room than what I booked and it was very hard to accommodate sleeping arrangements for my family ended up having to pay more in the end. The pool / hot tub sauna (a reason we chose here) is blocked off and closed (not mentioned). There were 2 towels in the room for 2 people for 3 days.

I talked maintenance 3 times the first day the tv in the bedroom didn't work. Was there for 4 days and no one ever come and even looked at the tv. I called early each morning of my stay

The ocean view was nice. Room was updated with nice decor. Microwave did not work and toilet flush was weak. Called rental office for maintenance and never received a call back nor was it taken care of. Booked a one-bedroom and received a studio making it very uncomfortable to travel with teenagers that were not mine. They were “overbooked” and could not accommodate a room change. Hallways and lobby area outdated and dirty.

Plenty of room for my family. AC went out in our unit but it was fixed in no time. Very prompt service.

Only the beach view It’s very bad apartments not cleaning very good and the stove not working, even the beds very bad quality my Back hurts me a lot. Even the staff members not very nice. They never help me . I called many time no one answered. Even I left a message no body call me back, only o like the side view ocean , and close to the beach. The property in building A apartment number 508.

The appartment is in a buiding which has an indoor swimming-pool, which is cool but it smells chlore all over the place... The appliances (stove, oven...) are a bit outdated. Also beds for kids are located in the entrance of the appartment, they don't have their own room. We knew that when booking the appartment but anyway, it wasn't very pleasant. Also there was no ladder to climb on the upper bed.

Was close to beach. The main reason for booking this place was for indoor pool, sauna and hot tub, but were tarped off. I was not told at booking the pool would be closed or I would have stayed elsewhere. One of the elevators was not working and long wait times. Not satisfied at all. No one to help or answer questions for check in is 20 minutes away. No dishwasher in room as stated when booking.
