Ocean Annie's Resorts

We like to stay on the music side. The staff is always great! The floors need to be better swept and mopped. The parking is ok but, there are vehicles of owners that do not work and have not been moved in years on the closest parking spots instead of across the street in the upper decks…

Exceptional

Very good

Exceptional

It was a beachfront location. The resort is outdated but overall clean. The pools, hot tubs and outdoor bar were great. The staff could be a little friendlier. Very busy area.

Lived the location and the people The last night of our stay our poet went out. Apparently our room was the only one. We had to shower in the dark and dress. Nothing could be done because the Electrical Engineer wasn’t there

Location Horrible customer service, never got room service. Had overflowing trash piled in corner because they wouldn’t change it had to ask for towels because they never came. There was an army of ants and we counted a total of 12 roaches. They didn’t even have complimentary coffee they told me to go to the restaurant of if I wanted it. Beds were hard and they had a karaoke band that played every day from 1:00 to 11:00 you could hear it throughout the hotel. Never again

I liked the outdoor and indoor bars with live music. Also the restaurant. I like the location and things to do around the hotel. I did not like the bed, it was very hard mattress. No hand towels in the room. No plug-ins by the bed to charge your phone.

Everything

We had a great view from our room. We loved the live music during the day and at night. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool/lazy river. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after check in time due to the room not being ready. When we did get in the room we could tell it wasn’t cleaned very well, probably due to rushing.

I love everything about ocean annies from the location, the price, the amenities, & the convenience. This was my 4th stay at ocean annies, I’ll continue booking here!

Exceptional

Plenty of amenities and entertainment Room was dirty and front staff was fair

Very good

Everything u need is right there

Location is superb The hotel needs some updating. We didn't have wash cloths in our room and had to request them. Didn't get any housekeeping to our room until the day before we were leaving and they just took the trash out.
