The location and how the pool area The rooms need serious updating and a little more cleaning

Breakfast was good and the staff friendly The walls are thin, could hear everything taking place in the neighboring room and got very little sleep. I didn't like the fact you couldn't use the luggage carriers without the assistance of staff.

This time we upgraded to a larger room and it was well worth it. We ended up in someone’s condo and it was great! The balcony area was above the bar which was wonderful but someone below us stayed outside and was always outside getting stoned. I’m allergic so we never got to use the balcony.

When I go to the beach, I always look for beachfront accommodations, and Ocean Annie’s has a great location.

We have stayed here many times over the years. The location is great being right on the beach, and we really enjoy Ocean Annie's Beach Venue. I prefer to stay in the newer tower and not the private owned condos. Some of the rooms are older, and the front staff will normally let us visit the room to make sure it works for us.

I loved the fact that there were two pools, and ocean access I wasn’t a fan with the fact that there was a place to eat breakfast but you have to pay $9.99 a person for it. I was also upset with the fact our microwave didn’t work. And our room was not cleaned much at all for our stay. There was blood on the bathroom door. Hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor. And the room hadn’t been swept or mopped at all. My sons feet were black after walking around for just 10 minutes in our room

Pleasant view, right on the beach, awesome live entertainment and beach bar. a couple of pools and jacuzzi's those using them seemed to enjoy. I prefer the ocean myself. They upgraded my room when I called to report issues when I got in to my original room. However the new room had dirty floors a broken coffee pot and uncomfortable bed. Housekeeping and facilities could definately use an upgrade.

The staff members were super friendly and profesional, also the details reagarding the cleanliness, the room has a great osean view and in addition everything so close, restaurant and plases to visit.
