Ocean Park Resort

Thought the facility was in great condition. Kitchen area was clean, shower had GREAT water pressure, bathroom was clean. Access to trash disposal was unique and convenient. Will stay there again. Staff was polite and very accomidating

Better beds to sleep.

Some of the staff was very rude, our tv was working or WiFi, told the night staff(younger black guy) his reply was follow the instructions on the piece of paper and put his earphones back in his ears and then two days later I walked down to the desk and told the lady that my TV has not been working for over two days someone needed to come and look at it and she got someone to come and look at it and then we were able to connect to Wi-Fi also I didn’t like the idea of you having to take your towels down to the front desk to get clean ones that is my main complaint was about to tv and no one seemed to care for two days. They just put me off then my car was hit in the parking deck and the lady at like she got mad because I was wanting to file a complaint and had to police come out so they can look at the camera to see who hit my car, the cop come out and did his thing but now the hotel does not want to show the video says a certain manager has to be there before the video can be reviewed so I’m gonna have to pay out-of-pocket to get my car fixed, which is not the hotel fault but they could let the police see the video would be very helpful but can’t get them to cooperate

Clean and beautiful! The staff were also so kind and availabile!

My room had a great beach view. The handsome, bathing, shampooing, rinse products provided, are formulated for the beach environment . The rooms are immaculate. Kitchen has everything a body needs for cooking or baking if desired. Refrigerator is full size. Beds are comfortable too. Yes, I would return to this hotel. It is also pet friendly.

It was ok stay maybe little over priced

Beachview was great. Room was clean but there was an odor smell of urine staff was really friendly and helpful

The room was nice, just a little outdated. But overall everything was okay.

The henge on the door was broken. The painting was covering of previous issues with the wall. It had a smell to it. In the evening the smell of weed was awful. Pets stay for free is not true. First and last trip to this location

The hotel room wasn’t completely clean. There was a crack in the ceiling and few other things.

My trip was canceled and I was not able to get my refund

Pick somewhere else to stay!!

Our second stay. Already planning another stay in October. We had a great time.

Beach view, and room very clean but small

Great ocean view and the room was clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Air conditioner filthy with wet decaying piece of wood holding blower up making room smell bad. Rusty piece of metal is attached to floor as a door stop-glad we had shoes on. No hot water for a shower after the beach.

Not happy with bed too soft and at the end I pulled the sheets from the bed the plastic cover had something look like mold or throw up in the corner of the bed It is old hotel Fridge’s had rust on the side

The room was nice. I just wish they had a nice chair to set in so you could relax and read. Beside laying in bed. It was really nice. I love seeing all the dogs. It's a very friendly animal friendly hotel. Wish we love seeing. Thank you for a nice week.

I wasn't impressed with this property. It needs a total renovation. The bedding seemed immaculate, but I found crumbs in the kitchen area and some dirt in the tub. It was really windy, so I'm not sure if that was why there was garbage on the grounds. It was a busy holiday weekend, and possibly all the tourists left a mess...we saw the beach area overflowing with garbage. The hotel didn't even offer coffee in the morning. Was more of a motel than a resort. I will never stay there again.
