Other than that the resort was great, Very clean, front desk employee was great!

They rooms where real clean and they staff also was good and would stay again me and my family enjoyed our stay

I’m giving this property 3 stars because the room only had a handful of tv channels, check out was at 10:00am and the rooms were at the front door. Other than that the hotel was okay.

Was a good value for a short stay. Nice staff. A little surprised to see homeless people just behind the building on the public beach entrance but that isn't the hotels fault.

Overall experience was great. Staff was amazing during my 5 day stay. Room was very clean and I actually appreciated this parking situation compared to other stays in Myrtle Beach. Would stay here again.

Bad smell in the hallway outside of room. Smell came inside of room every time door was opened. Told person at the check-in desk. Did not get better the entire stay.

Hotel was great! Parking on site is a major plus. Only down side is that people can’t respect the no smoking in rooms.

We enjoy the stay at that hotel. No complaints here. Everything was great and staff was great too.

Loved the place friendly ataff

The parking deck was also dimly lit and elevators reeked of marijuana. I asked to cancel our stay early the following morning because of our safety concerns but was denied, leaving us feeling that we had no choice but to stay. The most alarming incident occurred Sunday morning when a large man entered the elevator with me, rode to the 20th floor without selecting a floor, and then followed me directly to my room. I quickly got inside and saw through the peephole that he was standing outside my door. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk, provided a description and the approximate time, and no one ever followed up with me. I understand the hotel cannot control every person who enters the property, but I expected my safety concerns to be taken seriously. This was supposed to be a special birthday trip for my daughter and instead became a frightening experience. We will never stay here again.

The 1st 4 days were awesome with the hotel not very crowded and very quiet. Thern came the holiday weekend crowd. Very loud and not very well controlled. No one around to control the crowd. Towels were always empty by the pool, and the attendant wasn't very attentive. Overall were had a great stay and would likely stay again but not during the high season or a holiday.

The location the condo was very nice to fit my family a phenomenal ocean view clean will stay there again

The room was clean and well maintained, we had no issues during our stay. The pool area along with the grounds were in great shape. Would highly recommend the resort.

The stay was amazing The view,the staff are very nice...but the beds really needs to be updated couldn't get comfortable but other than that very nice 👍
