Very clean. Seen the staff deep cleaning rooms after people were checking out.

The room was clean and had adequate towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We had to contact the front desk for minor things and the had maintenance up within 10 minutes. I will definitely book here again!

Great only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the rooms were not that clean. Otherwise great place to stay. The beach view is amazing and I loved the amenities.

Loved that the room had a kitchen & washer/dryer! These were very useful the entire stay. The bedroom however was not great. The TV was super outdated & the bed was the worst bed we have ever slept on in a hotel. The tv in the living room space however was nice & the hotel was clean when we arrived. Another thing that was a bummer was that the rooms don’t get cleaned daily like big chain hotels. So after a couple days at the beach there is sand literally everywhere and no way to get it cleaned off the carpets. There was at least a broom in the room closet to sweep the hard floors.

This place has everything you'll need for a vacation. Very well maintained

The Balcony view was simply amazing to wake up to every morning. We will definitely be returning.

This is a very nice resort. Rooms were clean and just a great environment.

Bathrooms were not accessible at all. Not one handle, not one bar anywhere. Otherwise the hotel was so nice

Access to the beach was nice. Did not like the parking, was hard to find spaces. Needs to be updated and did not like that we had to take out our own garbage, plus call for clean towels and toilet paper if we needed it. The full kitchen and washer and drier were great to have. Over all the stay was okay. Do not think I would stay again I like more access to services. Would give it a three out of five.

Had a good stay. Elevators were slow and time consuming. Coffee pot leaked in our room and the dryer didn’t work. Otherwise it was great!

The rooms were clean the staff were very helpful I would recommend it and would go back. Having the washer and dryer helped a lot, the view was beautiful

We booked an ocean view room and it was very nice. Clean upon check in, with kitchen amenities and a sitting area, nice size balcony. Staying in middle of July pool area very crowded with lots of kids, pools are smaller than they appear online. The location, the size of the room, the price it’s great for families. If you’re looking for something for a “couples stay”, maybe not ideal. But having looked at many of the other options, this was very nice.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay!! Pool area is awesome inside/out because we did get a little rain but the sun did shine again!!

Nice place and location. Problems: were no beach towels, no refund for arcade taking money but broken, sprinklers going off on my recliner beach chair at noon while i and my belonging soaked. So easy to set sprinklers to a much earlier or later timer.

Our condo was beautiful and the perfect size for my family! The condo was clean and well maintained. We had an excellent beach view! The staff were friendly and helpful! My kids enjoyed all of the pools and it was nice that there were 2 hot tubs! The balcony was wonderfully large allowing the entire family to spend time outside enjoying the view! I really appreciated having a washer and dryer so when I got home, I really didn’t have much laundry to do at all. My only complaint was one of the elevators being out of order was a bit inconvenient so we had to wait a while unless we walked to the other end of the hall to the other 2 elevators.

I had a great time at the Grand Hotel! It had an outdoor pool and an indoor pool and 2 jacuzzis. It was just so great. It was relaxing and I liked that our rooms were spacious. We had a problem with our door not closing all the way and maintenance came and fixed it immediately. We had a great view, we will definitely be staying there again. :)
