Grande Beach Resort

Ocean view Bed didn't have comforter. It had two sheets i guess as one. I told front desk and was told if be brought one .. never got it. The two different prices on the card hold is a Lil slimy.

The main parts of the room and bathroom were clean, in the smaller bedroom is was dusty and pills on the floor. The view is amazing, the room is very nice and spacious. Downside loud music is playing all day from the hotel next door and all night from this hotel til about 10 o clock. If you are looking for some where quiet to relax this is not the place.

The room was dirty with stains on the walls and doors. The door had to be kicked open and slammed shut for it to work. The deadbolt on door could not be used due to the door not fully closing. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom and shower. There were also pubic hairs in the clean rags and towels. Shower was luke warm at best and the controls and shower head were not functioning correctly. The lamp on the night stand had an clear acrylic base that had discolored and you could see the rusting hardware inside. Sliding door for the balcony took a 200lbs man to barley be able to open and close. Went down to front desk to ask for towels which there was a bin of several hundred clean ones right beside him and was told I needed to wait for housekeeping. I just reached over the counter and got some towels. Random light switches did nothing. The bathroom appeared to have been updated recently but was done very cheaply and poor workmanship all around. Beach view from balcony and the onsite bar were about the only good things about staying there at all and even the bar had very limited selection of drinks available. Had friends staying at compass cove resort which is 3 star and this is 4 star and their room and building were in much better condition. Overall just very disappointed.

It was worth the cost. We had a few issues to start but everything was fine afterwards.

It was nice ocean view. Bar area was nice and pool. The size of the parking decks. We had a van and parked at the top deck; it’s very hard to come out for large vehicles. Have to make sure not to tear up your car. Also there was a very large cockroach inside the room crawling on sliding door.

James was at the desk when we arrived,he was so nice I had to change rooms from the 12th floor to the 4th because, my husband doesn't like heights, it was no problem. The view outside our window was breath taking. The ocean, the sunrises the sunsets. I have never seen the ocean it was more than I thought it would be.

Loved that it had a restaurant and bar right inside the hotel. We didn’t have to leave out much. The bed wasn’t all too comfortable, and the water pressure was extremely low

The property was clean outside and inside. The view was spectacular - all rooms oceanfront with a roomy balcony. The pool atmosphere was lively - music constantly playing. Very large pool. Bar on deck. Very good restaurant on property as well. I will definitely return.

Had a mixed time. Our air conditioning unit broke around midnight our first evening there 😩

Staff was nice but the hotel is definitely outdated. The rooms were dirty and there were no blankets on the bed. The rooms gave us yucky vibes. The view from the room is cool though
