Grande Beach Resort

The rooms was great but they didn’t have closet space just to prepare people and only one elevator was working so we had to go up and down the stairs. The food was great and the staff was amazing.

The most concerning part of my stay was security. My vehicle was broken into while parked on the property. When I requested to view the surveillance footage, it revealed that my car was parked in a complete blind spot, and the perpetrator could not be identified. Management completely disclaimed any liability, leaving me feeling unsafe and unsupported. The room rates are far too high given the substandard service and lack of guest accommodations. Management seems solely focused on maximizing fees rather than providing a safe, welcoming experience. I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere—or at the very least, ensure you bring everything you need and park with extreme caution.

Only had one elevator working the entire week, meaning everyone had to wait 15 minutes to get up or down caused everything to get delayed and endless nightmares. Also the AC units are incredibly loud couldn't sleep with them running which isn't great for a place you want to go in the summertime.

Beach view is good.

This was suppose to be a family getaway but first started off with handing us 1 hour late suite. Now since last night the day we checked in late we have not have had no AIR CONDITIONER room was 78F, We are having to take out the kids to do other activities. When I spoke to manager James they had already put in a ticket but was dismissive. Then I asked to talk to someone above him then I spoke to Richard but all was just a waste of time. No one came to check. I had to ask for a fan. At least that helped. I have a 4 year old and last the night we checked in said to me, mommy I wanna go to my house. Really!!!! If I can give this experience a minus star I would have. Don’t wish this on no one. I paid roughly $710 for this nightmare.

It was absolutely a nightmare, I was on the second floor, they blared music from 11am to 12 am with a crap load of drunk people screaming with young children in the pool the entire time. Night and day no rest. I asked to be placed in a different room higher up so it would be a little quieter but the guy at the desk said he could not help me. After that I had to go back to front desk @ 11:30 pm to ask if they would cut the loud music down after a while they did. I couldn’t wait for my trip to be over. It was a horrible experience.

The front desk staff was polite and efficient, but I wish they spent more time welcoming guests instead of focusing almost entirely on credit card holds and payment transactions. My biggest issue was the room itself. The HVAC units were disgusting, with visible black mold growing inside the vents. To make matters worse, one of the two air conditioning units blew directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The only option was to turn it off and deal with a warm room. I also noticed what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. Another frustration was the balcony. While we were sitting outside trying to enjoy the view, water continuously dripped from the balconies above and splashed onto us. Finally, the bathroom door design makes very little sense. Its orientation is awkward and inconvenient, and it feels like it wasn't well thought out. Overall, the ocean view was the only highlight of our stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

The property only has two elevators and one was out of order. The stairwells were dirty, not well lit, and no cameras for monitoring. The parking was a hazard which could have been avoided if the staff let us know. We had a long truck and the top deck doesn’t have the turn radius for clearance. We damaged the front right of our truck. Also it would have been nice to know there was another parking area across the street. In our room there wasn’t a closet rod “at all” to hang our clothes. Floors were dirty in our room. Overall not a good experience.

Staff on their phones instead of cleaning and doing work. Elevators horrible, Dirty and takes forever to get one. Well equipped kitchen means for than just cutlery, zero can opens, zero cutting knives. Don't be fooled by room cleaning, they pick up towels and drop new ones randomly. Our unit had great balcony and the views were great! Beds were ok. Much to be desired...good thing I came for the ocean and not the "resort". Won't stay again.

The only good thing about the stay was the view of the beach! The hotel was very nasty , hot, elevators didn't work and they charged a 250$ deductible that I was unaware of! Definitely will not stay at that hotel my next trip

Terrible there was roaches all over the property

Don’t let the almost 5 star review fool you. This place is definitely a 2-1/2 3 star. Don’t let the internet photos fool you. There’s 2 elevators and only 1 works and it half donkey works. You’re better off taking the stairs. Way too much stuff to talk about. If you’re wanting to stay in a 2 stair resort this is it!

good hotel, but they have a problem with the elevator. only one elevator works and you have to wait 30-40 minutes.
