Hotel was very nice and clean staff was excellent restaurant was good view was great overall I really enjoyed my stay

The hotel looks like has been remodeled recently and is on a great location, however, you can smell weed all over the places from the pool, lobby to the elevators. Luckily, there are signs everywhere of no smoking, but people still don’t care and management doesn’t do anything about it.

Hotel was falsely advertised, rooms were DIRTY- curtains, bed sheets and towels were all stained. They had 2 elevators and one didn't even work, we had to wait 30 mins to get into one and the stairs were atrocious.

I asked for blankets and towels and to clean room they didn’t do it I also fell down sitting on a chair that was rusted and hit my head and got arm and knees scratched up and bleeding

It was clean and had a great view! The elevator was a little dis functional. And if you’re on a lower floor with a young child the music is loud at night. But on a higher floor you can’t hear it.

All of the rooms are oceanview with a balcony. Being oceanfront was definitely the highlight. I opened my door and drifted off to the ocean at night after they stopped playing music through the speakers which is unnecessary. I would have preferred the ocean sounds to constant music. The rooms were clean and I liked that the floors were laminate. The kitchenette was a nice plus as well as a separate living room from the bedroom area. One of the elevators was down so it was a very long wait for the working elevator and we walked 12 flights a couple of times. Check in is late; 4 PM with no early check in unless you want to pay an additional $50 if they have availability. Check out is early; 10AM. I had 1 fruity drink at the bar and they charged me $15 even though the menu said $11 and I don't think it had any or else very little rum in it; might as well have been a slushy. It would have been nice to be provided with a broom because we got the floor sandy. Also only bar soap was provided, no shampoo or conditioner.

Great location on the beach. Private balcony except when you are at the bars, you can see your neighbors. Quiet except for loud speaker outside balcony at the pool. Has restaurant in hotel, staff there was very hospitable. Nice size pool goes 3 ft to 8 ft. And a separate kiddie pool. The elevator was a total nightmare. Pray you don't get on the 11th floor because that's alot of stairs! Took forever for elevator to come and sometimes never came. Then stopped on every floor at times even when no one was there

Everyone at the resort was great!!

The hotel was good, air worked well, beds were comfortable. The downside to it was the elevators. One side was broke so it look us almost 45 minutes to get to our room when checking in. It was slow the whole week and they only have a few luggage racks. You also have to walk through the bar to get to the pool.

The biggest issue was the elevators. One was out of service for the first couple of days, and even after it was working again, it was extremely slow and occasionally got stuck. We often ended up using the stairs from the penthouse level because it was faster than waiting. The kitchen was also disappointing. Although advertised as a full kitchen, the cookware and utensils were very limited and low quality, making it difficult to properly prepare meals. The TVs throughout the unit were inconsistent—some were smart TVs, others were not—and the channel selection was very limited. Each room had a different setup, which made them confusing and inconvenient to use. Climate control was another issue, as it was difficult to regulate the temperature evenly throughout the unit. At check-in, we were offered a free pair of sunglasses in exchange for leaving a 5-star review before we had even seen the room or experienced the property, which made the online ratings feel less reflective of actual guest experience. Overall, while the location is excellent and the unit has potential, the elevator problems, limited kitchen supplies, inconsistent TVs, and temperature issues significantly impacted the stay.

Overall the stay was fine. Every person working that I encounter was great! Location was good. The beds, not so much! The kids (ages 4, 13, 15) enjoyed themselves.

They only have 2 elevators, so the check-in and check-out time is extended

It was suprisingly very clean. There was an extra fee so be prepared. Either 250 that you will get back in about 7 days or non refundable 36. Access to the beach was great. Nice size pool. They have an elevator that needs work on. It was broken, they "fixed it" then it was broken again. But everything else was so great it didnt bother us too much.

The ocean view was amazing. The elevators are absolutely horrible!!! They did not work most of the time and it kept getting stuck. Then it took forever to take one.

Location.. friendly staff The room we stayed in didn't have any silverware or plates for the small kitchen area that was in our room. The door to the balcony was really hard to open and close. Not a bad place at all but could use those few things to make the say better.
