Mystic Sea Resort

Room looked clean and had upgraded kitchen cabinets and bathroom. For the price we paid was a very good choice. It’s not a “Hilton”but surpasses our expectation. Parking is a little thight and the motel can be easily missed at night. It’s between two tall hotels.

The cleanliness could be litter better. The staff and amenities are great.

Clean room. Nice staff. Good view. Disliked fireworks being set off from 11pm to 5am.

Clean and right on beach

There is a no smoking policy that is not enforced there was someone sitting outside our room smoking. There was the constant smell of pot in the backside of the building we smelled this just about every time we came in or out of the room. There is not an ice machine's no phone in the room. Someone attempted to do repairs that made the wall not look good. The money I paid here I could have spent somewhere else and had a better experience. I would have like to have stayed at the place that is in the picture. The only good thing I can say is I did have a view of the beach.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was clean. Pool was great! Only problem was the toilet got stopped up but when reported was fixed quickly. Overall a great stay! Would stay there again!

It was on the beach. It had pool and hot tub. the room was clean and neat The beds were hard .the hot tub was dirty not cleaned regularly. They charge a card fee after you already pay . They only give 1 car tag and if you want another 1 it's $10 parking isn't great. The WiFi went in and out

From the check in to the checkout everything was great! The front desk gentleman was very friendly. The housekeeper was very polite and helpful and the room was very clean. The shower water was hot but the pressure wasn’t very strong. They didn’t have a hairdryer in the room but they do have them at the front desk if you need them. We will come back again.
