All the above they accommodated us 3 extra days past our reservation.

We had to request a shower curtain, we had no hot water the last 2 days of our stay and the general upkeep of the rooms was just poor and dated

No hot water n they refused to give me my money back terrible service and I will never stay there again

I was not given a heads up about the cancellation of the entire hotel. The didn't have any HOT WATER,!!!... It was a 2 hr drive for me and had to find another room, a better hotel for same price CORAL BEACH, which included lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, bowling alley, 3 restaurants..

I enjoy the ocean view

The view/balcony was good after relocating to another room. Overall, the best thing about this place was the customer service from the front deak attendants, especially Anita.

Clean room.. beach view loved that the room we stayed in was on the 15th floor and loved that we got a room with a balcony.. loved that we can hear the waves and watch the sunset and sunrise just from our room.. the staff was amazing..

Beautiful beach view. Room was ok. Problem with toilet and water pressure. All hot tubs were closed.

No pools or hot tubs available. Elevators reeked or urine. No breakfast.

Bar and restaurant, lazy river, continental breakfast, gym, spas were advertised but not available. Staff was merely adequate. Room had a kitchenette but no pots or pans to cook with and no plates or flatware to put food on. Burn mark on the couch, brown stain on a cushion of couch. Phone did not work. No clock in room. NEVER returning. There are tons of properties that are better and will be happy to take my money.

Wonderful staff. Pools, hot tub, lazy river, outdoor fire pits, and ocean facing balcony made this a lovely vacation. Looking forward to returning next year!

Parking was good, 2nd bedroom had dead bugs on top of unit. Beach view was nice. Back of the ac unit was hanging off towards the balcony and sliding door would not lock. There was no sink stopper in bathroom. Tub needs changing out.
