We were on the 10th floor, yet I could smell someone smoking pot. Probably someone below me on the balcony or next to me. I thought it was a smoke free property.

The property has great potential. Unfortunately, there are quite a number of areas that require improvement before it can reach it's potential. Some of the front desk staff could benefit from courtesy training . Parking is horrendous ; don't know if much can be done to improve that.

Condo was a bit dated, fan in bedroom is very noisy. Tiki Bar should be open every day for food and beverages. Thank you.

Breakfast was good I ask for an ocean view and was put in a room that I had to lean off the balcony to see the ocean.

The view was awesome!!!! The beach access is amazing Our ice machine didn’t work along with our dish washer we also had no cooking utensils such as spoon spatula or pizza cutter . We called maintenance but he was unable to fix the issue

Great room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . The breakfast buffet was awesome. The room cleaning needed some attention to detail. Ceiling fans were dirty as was the fan in the bathroom. The tub needs to be re-caulked and have some grab bars installed due to the high step in. The balcony door would not lock and unlock properly.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom condo. Overall, everything was fine, except the water pressure in the bathrooms. The hotel said it was the owners responsibility.

Very clean room, comfortable bed with decent pillows,nice big refrigerator, wash machine! Just a little too noisy outside,music in tiki bar was too loud and children in pool were unsupervised.

Location was great, the hotel was easy to find. Check in went pretty good, as well as checking out. The room was clean, and spacious. My family enjoyed the breakfast. The Tiki Bar is always a pleasure to visit. The beds were not comfortable, and noisy. There was rust on the refrigerator in my parent's room (1505), and inside the freezer. Loud smells of marijuana throughout the stay daily. Shower head wasn't working properly when we arrived, but maintenance replaced it, and it worked great after being replaced.

The pool area was our favorite No Complementary coffee in the lobby the room could use some deep cleaning and upgrade some appliances one mattress was stained on the side with minor maintenance
