Paradise Resort

Excellent and friendly staff.

The staff was great, property was great, great location, would stay again and you get what you pay for, for the money you spend. Great location.

All staff members were very friendly, beginning with the rental office, sooooo friendly and ready to accommodate in all areas. The facility is clean and well maintained. We finally found a place to stay every year.

It is much better than we expected, nothing can be complained.

Very close to the beach. If you are traveling with teens, the private bedroom is great! and having a washer/dryer in the room was very nice.

It was good enough for us for a stay overnight after our flight was canceled.

The resort needs some updating as things get worn down pretty quickly because they are on the beach. The rugs in the hallways of each floor need to be replaced with some other type of flooring as they are very dirty from all the water and sand that gets tracked in from the beach. The condo's in this resort are individually owned and rented out so you may end up in a nice condo or one that is not as well maintained as others on the same floor. Our unit was not too bad however the stove, microwave and dishwasher had seen better days and needed replacing. The dining table, chairs, sofa and sofa chair were in decent shape. We had a king bed, one side table, sitting chair and dresser in our bedroom and they were in good working order. The bathroom was also in good working order. The views from the balcony are just beautiful and make the not so great things a bit more bearable. This location is very close to a neighborhood walmart and it made picking up some basic food items very convenient for us. There are also several restaurants within walking distance so that was also a plus.

The staff is wonderful!

Cons- the stove needs replaced (rusted), the oven smoked & set off smoke detector. No, I didn't burn anything. Bring your own cookware. What they had was sparse.Housekeeping must not have pulled out the sofa bed after the last guest. We found socks, and the mattress cover was dirty. They brought us a new cover but, my son decided to just sleep on the couch without pulling it out. Undecided if I'd stay again due to housekeeping/stove issue. The staff is friendly & helpful & I love the overall location.

Bueno la locación es buena, sus piscinas estaban bien. Pero necesita un poco de remodelación los sofás son bastante viejos y algunas cosas en el interior hace que se vea descuidado.

Great staff, hotel cleanliness & availability of rooms. Paradise is my top choice anytime I visit Myrtle Beach

Rooms were clean and wifi

Housing keeping was very persistent. Would knock on doors at 7am even when told not to disturb. On checkout day at 7 seem to rush you out also. Elevators were also slow. Shower also didn’t seem clean. When I called and asked about restaurants seems like an attitude was given. Almost like they were saying look for it yourself

everything was good except one of the bed was broken but other than that everything was great we had a great time i recommend it!!!
