There was a broom and dust pan in the clothing closet …where our clean travel/vacation clothes were to be hung. We were moved to another room, but there were much of the same issues. The table, chairs and room furniture is extremely worn and outdated. This hotel offered mediocre accommodations and was definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Despite their efforts, we were ultimately told that they were short staffed and unable to maintain the property to standard. This Marriott experience was horrible! I was disappointed and probably will not use this brand again unless it is a newly built location,

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! Overall, our stay was great!! We would definitely stay here again. Lerin and Anthony were the best!

Anthony at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The property has gone down from my last visit last August. The elevators clanked and the carpets are very worn. The cleanliness of the hotel has also gone down. I will not be staying in the future.

Loved everything about our stay.

We stayed in the studio suite with an ocean front balcony and king sized bed and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff was very kind and attentive. The included breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at a hotel. It had a surpising amount of choices that you don't often see at hotel breakfasts and the dining area was beautiful with great views of the ocean. The attached parking garage was very convenient, but a little tight to get through going up and down the ramps, so if you have a very large vehicle it may be a tight squeeze. Having direct access to the beach was great and the property overall was well kept and clean. We were very impressed with the quality of everything at this price point and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay!

Not to much crowded. The food is ok

We were ther last year and never experienced tha. We brought a beach wagon for our chairs and towels which made it impossible for him and I to even wheel. Other people in the bar area saw this and came down and ask if we needed help Not sure if there is anything you can do but just want to mention

The staff was extremely nice and accomodating The elevator wait. I get its a big hotel but we spent 5-8 minutes wating on those elevators.

The beach chairs and umbrella we nice and reasonably priced, we rented for 3 full days for $110. The facility was clean but we thought things closed too early and opened too late. It would be nice to have a general store on site to buy sunscreen, and things like that. The room was nice but no room service available. It seemed to us that for the room price, all of that would be included.

I had no car and they charged me $153 for parking and I asked at the checkout and they said they apologized and removed it but after few days still charged. Even the manager helped the at the front desk to process the refund still charged.

Oceanfront and the amenities Parking was difficult

Really close to the beach. No steps up or down just walk from property onto sand. Breakfast was tasty and fresh even though there were very few changes from day to day. Housekeeping staff seems to be limited and those there are overstretched. Had to ask for 2 duvets for the kid’s bunkbeds, after first shower, had to call for body gel, after 3 hair washes, had to call for shampoo and conditioner. We were 2 adults, 2 teens, after day 1, a partially used roll was out, after day 2, we had to call for toilet paper. 3/4 days, beach towels were unavailable when we asked for them.
