the breakfast and the location The pet hair in the carpet.!! It is a pet friendly facility. If you are allergic to dogs or cats, I would not recommend it. Also, the corporate in my room had pet hair all in it.

The location the amenities and breakfast were great. I wish there were closer restaurants to the hotel. Everything we went to was amazing. I wish I was told that the chairs on the beach were to be rented. We thought it was part of the hotel. The lifeguard with the accent, was rude, condescending and disrespectful to me in front of my child.

Clean. Good breakfast but same thing everyday . Balcony view was nice nice bar and restaurant Had to ask for towels every day Never had our room completely cleaned and stayed 6 nights. Water pressure was terrible .

Friendly staff, nice views from lobby, pool is nice and rooms are comfy. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well on arrival, halls smells like wet dog food and long waits for elevator.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Bring your shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Don't rely on the offered ones.

The views from the balcony the location was convenient to most of Myrtle Beach easy access to the beach also very pet friendly The parking spots are tight but manageable otherwise no real complaints

Loved everything about our stay.

We stayed in the studio suite with an ocean front balcony and king sized bed and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff was very kind and attentive. The included breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at a hotel. It had a surpising amount of choices that you don't often see at hotel breakfasts and the dining area was beautiful with great views of the ocean. The attached parking garage was very convenient, but a little tight to get through going up and down the ramps, so if you have a very large vehicle it may be a tight squeeze. Having direct access to the beach was great and the property overall was well kept and clean. We were very impressed with the quality of everything at this price point and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay!
