Room not clean, pool to small, staff not friendly..

Room was clean staff was amazing our view was great. Inside pool was cold but hot tub was great.

The ceiling was falling in the floor the fridge door wouldn’t stay shut the microwave didn’t work the tv didn’t work I had to keep asking for towels and trash bags and toilet paper because the room service was awful and the parking was horrible I will not go back to it

I liked the pools and right at the beach ⛱️

Hotel is great there was a few downfalls you have to exit the building to get to the pools and the wifi and TV lagged badly, but nothing to serious where we wouldn't be back. I LOVE that it was beachfront, staff was nice never gave us any issues the parking could be a little bit better but at least you have 3 different parking lots to park at but over all it is a great hotel to stay at.

The hotel/property is extremely dirty. The pool deck, was so nasty and had food everywhere. There were multiple doors with broken glass by the pool. The room itself had a leaking/running toilet. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was broke. I tried to mention these issues to multiple desk persons, and each issue seemed to be just shrugged off. There are a list of other things that we had issues with but the dirtiness was one of the main ones. Even in the middle of summer it is completely overpriced for the quality and service that we received.

The condo side was much better than the regular hotel. However, the hotel part needs to be updated with Furniture was terrible over there. However, once we switched to the condos, everything was great just to chair and a couple of things need to be fixed.

Well the layout of the room we had was not what i expected it to be. I assumed it would have 3 queen size beds. Also the carpet was not as clean due to it being old. In the bathroom the countertop has some spots that need fixing due to stained. The ceiling is peeling and the wall leading out the door to the balcony is in need of some repairs. The building I was in must be one of the ones older buildings for Holiday Sand South. For the price I paid I was very disappointed. His visit left me feeling very uncomfortable about not wanting to stay there again.

The room was dirty, coffee maker and stove was rusty, microwave glass was broken, carpet smelled, tub and toilet clogged, but im not gonna complain too much cause was there for the beach not to stay in the hotel all day.

The ice machine was always full. The bad: the hotel is very old and feels that way so it didn’t seem clean. I’m sure they wiped down the room and changed the sheets, but there were stains on the sheets. The mattresses were not very comfortable and the pillows were a little more than pancakes. Our room had a kitchenette, but there was no dish soap provided so I didn’t dare use the dishes because I’m sure the previous guests didn’t go buy their own. The bathroom only had two small bars of soap (no shampoo or body wash) so be aware. The water temp in the shower went from freezing to boiling and back, no matter what time of day we showered. Housekeeping was minimal—they took out the garbage once and replaced a few towels once during our 4 day stay. The walls are thin so you hear neighbors easily and/or smell their food. The indoor pool was closed, and the outdoor pool was small. Some of the staff at the front desk were a little snarky. One little grandma was super kind. Overall, spend a little more and go elsewhere. I would never come back.

I loved this place. I traveled alone and Christine behind the desk helped with all my needs . I will be staying there again

All in all, for the price and location, I was very satisfied and would stay here in the future.

I arrived at the hotel before the 4:00 PM check-in time, knowing the policy, so I left to kill some time. Later, I called the hotel, and another representative told me my room was ready and that I could come back. However, when I returned, the front desk employee was extremely rude and refused to let me check in. He even called on the walkie-talkie to confirm whether my room was ready. The staff member on the other end confirmed that it was, yet he still told me no. What made the situation even more upsetting was watching the same employee completely change his attitude when a white guest approached the desk. He was polite, welcoming, and helpful to her, while I was treated with disrespect. As a Black guest, I left feeling singled out and discriminated against. It was humiliating, and it made me feel like I was being treated as less than everyone else. As for the hotel itself, the view was beautiful, and the room was clean. However, the beds were not very comfortable and felt like cheap quality. The walls are also extremely thin—I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. Unfortunately, despite the nice view and clean room, the poor customer service and the way I was treated completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. No guest should ever leave a hotel feeling disrespected or questioning whether they were treated differently because of the color of their skin.
