Stay here several times a year. Always available and clean.

We had a quick overnight my husband and I came in late booked in advance early that day and the clerk came out right away to greet us, no problem with booking, reception great, room was just a ordinary king size bed usual amenities in our room, had key pad for coke machine and snacks down the hall. Quite slept well and checked out by returning key card back to same clerk in the morning! Very friendly, nice stay for a quick overnight. Would recommend and plan on staying again. Price w/insurance was fair!

Great little motel for our one night stay!

It was in a convenient location and had been recently renovated. The staff was great. This was the second time that we have stayed to visit family for a night or two. It was a great value for the money.

The location is great. No suitcase stand and no counter space in the bathroom

Location They came and got our towels in the morning and took close to an hour to bring the replacements.

Close to the University. Young Indian student at the front desk was excellent. Room was clean the HVAC was easyto read and operate. Pillows needed to be the regular larger size. Depends on your neighbors as to the quietness. Lovely hot water. An ice machine that a tually worked. Wifi, TV. microwave, and hair dryer all functioned well.

Clean room

Always a clean room with the basic needs. No extra frilly things so the price point is perfect. We have stayed here several times and it has always been clean and the grounds are clean and taken care of well. The front desk person was very helpful this time as we needed forms printed and they assisted us with this for no extra charge.

Good location. Easy check in. Comfortable accommodation. Quiet.

The led lighting is dim inside the room. Outside lights were very bright, keeping me awake.

The water pressure in the shower was great. Especially after a long day. And proximity to multiple restaurants and dutch bros

Easy access to the heart of Nacogdoches, not on the edge of town like most of the hotels. Beds were pretty hard and the ac unit struggled a little but not enough to be too uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great. The fridge was a good size. There was no Kleenex in the room

The upgrade was a long time coming. We choose this hotel mostly because the owners and staff are amazing. And we are very happy they have been able to upgrade their facility. Awesome job!! Well, the bed. But keep in mind, we are in our 50s. Our backs were in so much pain until we were able to move around and get our day going. But that doesn't stop us from staying there.

Very clean and spacious- staff was friendly

The room was clean and the bed was okay. Definitely bring your own pillow. The bathroom was clean and the hotel had most of everything we needed. We only stayed one night so we really didn't get a chance to walk the property. If I am only in town for one night I will most likely stay here again if it remains at the same price. It is right around the corner from SFA which was very convenient. The lighting was all or nothing. The light from the parking lot is super bright and the curtains don't block it very well. Our room was towards the back of the property and the road noise was still very loud. There was not a plug for the bathtub and the bed was not the most comfortable. I was glad to only be there one night. But the price was super cheap and you get what you pay for. I will say, for being a motel it was very clean.
