The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. While the staff was nice and facilities served its purpose, I find it misleading to advertise amenities such as breakfast and a swimming pool when neither met reasonable expectations.

good location for easy access to dining and the University, but the motel is quite run down. roaches, peeling paint, broken fixtures in the room... and the lighting in the parking lot is excessive...to the point that inside the room is bright all night long making it very difficult to sleep. pricing is appropriate.

The staff were kind and helpful. I was checking mattresses for bed bugs (there were none) as I always do before I go to sleep. It was midnight. Unfortunately under the mattress on top of the box spring there were multiple dead roaches. I went to the office and told them. The kind man came and swept out and wiped it down. He also brought some Raid and sprayed in the corners of the room. He kept apologizing. I appreciate him coming immediately to clean it so I could go to sleep.

When arriving at the hotel, it was obvious that the state and condition of the hotel was not like the pictures online represented. It is rundown and alittle sketchy looking from the outside. After we checked in we entered our room to be greeted by a dead roach in the bathroom. We booked using a 3rd party service. Apparently the staff doesn’t know how to handle 3rd party bookings because the front desk personnel then came beating on our door and made false accusations that we provided fraudulent bank account information and a fake phone number. We booked through Expedia and mind you I gave them a copy of my credit card when I checked in so have no idea where they got the fake bank info from since I didn’t provide anything like that. With the room being dirty and the hostile front desk we decided we had had enough and contacted Expedia and requested a refund and to move to another hotel.

All they had for breakfast was muffins and nothing to drink.

Located in the Middle of town Hard beds, tiny pillows, shower curtain doesn’t work, the adjacent room blared the TV all night, no breakfast, house cleaning entered and started throwing my stuff away before I checked out

Upon entering, the room had a stale odor but once the air was circulating seemed to dissipate. Not so bad to want to change rooms but not fresh. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bath and shower were clean. Area in the corners of the shower/commode area need some attention as do the drains. They do not flow well at all. Overall, more the money it was good, not great.

The stay was good the hotel was great, but the breakfast was not clearly advertised. It said breakfast included, but I later looked back and it said grab-&-go breakfast in another spot. My mistake for not looking thoroughly enough, but their mistake too for not making it clearer. I would stay here again but would be more prepared.
