Nice, but no pool

The first room had bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms, legs, and feet. I actually was able to take a video of one before I killed it. I showed my bites and the video to the guy at the front desk and all he said was that there had been people sleeping in that room and nobody had complained. He did move me to another room that seems to have been free of bed bugs.

I liked the whole experience no complaints

Everything Nothing

Recently remolded. Only complaint was low water pressure in the shower

When we woke up the next day we had been eaten alive in our sleep! I will never stay there again.

The room was good sized and clean. I was able to check in earlier than scheduled. The refrigerator and microwave worked. It did not have a port to charge my phone so had to buy an adapter, which was no big deal. It is close to Walmart, fast food places and come night time, the main road is quiet.

Great location for graduation! Victorian Inn is always clean and comfortable. Excellent value for staying close to university. Always pretty noisy here. Cleaning carts loud in the AM and always people in parking lot in the evening.
-
Friendly receptionist place was sketchy and alarming, parking lot is small, room was old and in need of repair. Decent enough for an overnight stay. The air conditioner works really well lol we were freezing
-
Close to SFA campus and good value. Easy booking and check I . It was by noisy the night we were there, but that’s no fault of the management

The location was perfect. Didn't have to travel far for food or anything er needed I was a little concerned about the bathroom ceiling in the shower...

Location is excellent for access to most the town has to offer. It's also economically efficient on the finances competing with prices like at Motel 6 with a better overall environment. Only complaint i had is the holes someone cut in the drapes over the window. They were very small but in the day time with the sun shining bright outside and lights off inside, the drapes looked like a map of the night sky.

It is on North Street close to family. There were lizards as in more than one running through the room. The manager didn't want to refund my money after I told him I can't stay in a room where we have seen multiple lizards. He was rude and tried to blame me for there being a lizard in the room because I had the door open trying to shoo it out.

Great staff

The room was clean. No breakfast. The walls are thin. We could hear traffic from the street. No comforter on the bed, so when the heater shut off, it got cold.

It is so comfortable, and the location and staff are wonderful. The bed is terrific and makes for a very good night's sleep! The soap is a little small, but it never interferes with our total enjoyment of staying here.
-
The beds are slightly firm for my tastes, but I slept well. It was on the major artery in Nacogdoches, but it was very quiet. Parking right outside the door. Got help immediately when I couldn't turn the shower knob I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again Nothing

Price was ok and location was good. Hot water was plentiful. Staff at check in was nice. We received a phone call on the room phone as soon as we walked in the door claiming to be the front desk asking about us leaving a bad review which we hadn’t. We had only been there long enough to set our bags down. The guests next door in room 119 continually were outside smoking weed and we couldn’t avoid the smoke trying to get to our vehicle. The bed was uncomfortable (extremely hard) and the mini fridge didn’t appear to have been cleaned. When asking for receipt at checkout, this was a business trip, we were told no.
