The bad news is the pillows were awful. They were so soft it was like having no pillow at all. Get some firm pillows please.

Impossible to get ahold of them on the phone. Breakfast was sub par. The shampoo needed refilled.

Lovely clean comfortable room. Very helpful front desk staff. Recommended a great local restaurant instead of going to a chain place to eat. Only negative would be the breakfast. It was just so-so. Watery watery oatmeal. Overcooked scrambled eggs. Otherwise, some ok choices. But great location and room and bed and bathroom were terrific.

Due to a computer glitch, the manager walked in unannounced. It was a little scary. They need to fix. She was not very nice. However, the front desk staff. I’ve never been on a hotel room where said incident happened. Not very happy about that due to a glitch in their system that said the room was vacant but I statues that for 4 days. That I was NOT happy about that.

The staff was really nice and accomodating even tho we checked in early. Thank you for that. Beds were comfy, had choices for tea or coffee in the room , which was nice... Only issue was when thre groundskeeper started working on the lawn at 7 am. All in all, great experience. Will becoming back in October and plan on staying there again

Easy check in. Room was good size with a mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold items. Definitely recommend this hotel.
