The night staff at the front desk was somewhat curt but the day shift was great. I say this only to effect change for the better.

Room was very small and needs some maintenance. Paint chips, patches over holes in doors, but room was clean. Pool/hot tub was great for kids, but Pool door wouldn't work properly. Location was convenient close to freeway.

I expected a nicer room for the price! there was no bathroom exhaust fan, deal breaker especially with the closet style door for the bathroom. i'm pretty sure you have to have a bathroom exhaust fan, that's code! also the shower door is backwards and doesn't close so the floor gets soaked. no usb charge ports so don't forget to bring your own! the room key card didn't work the second night so I had to walk all the way around the place with our luggage to the office to get another key card, stayed two nights and when we returned for the second night we didn't get any room service while we were gone, no coffee pods no bed made, no floor cleaned or towels replaced. not going back for sure!

The TV didn't work correctly. I had to switch power plugs. There is no staff to help. The front desk just kept asking the same stupid questions. I have a trailer with 2 motorcycles and was told to park on the street.

The hotel is right next to the freeway very difficult to leave if you need to get back on the freeway. The management is very unfriendly is not flexible at all. Would not recommend staying at any of this chain of hotels.

Really left us hanging...we were exhausted and we had to drive 2 1/2 more hours! Note: we loved our stay at Sleep Inn in Jerome. It was clean and had a nice cool room, excellent beds, and a wonderful shower! So we booked it for the 16th with 17th checkout on our way home.

Very good value, ice available but no filtered water, lots of safety bars in bathroom. Some staffs very friendly even though didn't speak English.
