The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly.

The hot tub wasn't hot and the bedding smelt like a smoker had slept in it... otherwise the staff was very nice and the snack shack was nice. Also the shower early got hot. Must have had some water heating issues? Idk

Everything was awesome. There was no microwave in the room.

The hotel was very clean. It had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby was nice to have access to as well. If in the area again, we will stay here.

It was fun to see my name on the TV with a welcome. Also a text from the front desk asking if I needed anything.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

We stay here for the convenience because it is so close to the Ford Idaho Center. The beds are always comfortable and the hotel staff is always helpful.
