I've stayed at several MyPlace hotels. This location outshines all the others and the location was perfect. The room was clean and had great cooling unit. The bed was on the firm side but the pillows made up for it. The staff was friendly.

Quiet clean property. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Each bed has 4 pillows of different density so you’re likely to find one that fits! Safe quiet area with safe parking. Easy to walk the area with no concerns. Walmart right next door. Wheelchair accessible room microwave was within reach! We were there on a concert weekend and sat in the parking lot listening to the music from the ford Center. No breakfast but they give recommendations for places to eat. Handicap,tub - if you want the shower seat you have to be able to lift a bunch of slats and connect them to the tub. Closing the blinds cannot be done from a wheelchair.

We booked this for the closeness to our concert venue and it did not disappoint! The place was clean, beds comfortable, and just the right amount of amenities for a one night quick stay. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful! We will definitely stay again ♥️

Room had a weird smell, musty/stale. We opened the window as soon as we checked in and kept it open for a few hours trying to get the smell out, it got better but never went away. Beds were OK definitely NOT pillowtop like advertised. Our room was missing a smoke detector, it was ripped off the ceiling - we reported it to staff at check out and they shrugged it off. Towels weren't soft and had old stains. Turn knob on oven was melted and there were finger prints on hall mirror. The room was outdated and didn't feel clean. We will pick one of the neighboring hotels next time.

Accommodations to attend the Ford Idaho Center were great! Literally just had to walk across the yard. Staff were super friendly 😃
