My Place Hotel-Boise/Nampa, ID-Idaho Center

Not even an ice maker here. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t even get clean sheets, clean towels or body wash. A complete waste of money

We needed a hotel that would accept dogs for our July 4th weekend visit in Nampa. This hotel did not dissapoint. We were given a first floor room near the exterior door, so it was very convenient for the dogs. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette very handy. Staff was helpful and friendly. We could not have been more pleased!

Location was fine, no breakfast was offered, the morning staff had to scrounge around for 2 little creamer cups. One of the 2 beds in my room was comfortable. The evening check-in lady was very pleasant and helpful. Almost the whole experience! One of the 2 beds was rock hard, didn't even have a duvet cover like the other bed. The shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash bottles were completely empty. There was a long black hair stuck on the shower wall! The morning check - out lady was rude, didn't even look up from her phone!

I have stayed here multiple times when visiting family and the location and value are always great! This may not be a huge deal for some, but there was no creamer for coffee, so I grabbed a small bottle of milk to use that is sold in the lobby. By the time I got to my room, I realized the pull code date was 6.13.26 - my stay was from 7.1.26-7.3.26. It was quickly refunded to me, but for a coffee lover with cream - it was a rough few mornings

Ac didn’t work, no shampoo or conditioner or soap in shower. Took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Overall not a great experience wouldn’t recommend.

This was the second time we stayed as we passed through town. Room was clean. Refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, reasonably priced. It was right off the freeway.

It was clean, accessible to get to from the concert, dog friendly The people checking us in didn’t actually get our cards truly set up, they were annoyed we asked for the itemized statement

Location was accessible and off high traffic route. Ice maker didn’t work. Kitchenette was unusable due to no plates, pans, silverware: which we were told by staff:due to lack of dishwasher. And no continental breakfast was available. This ruined our plan to recover after a long day’s drive.

Clean, spacious, and full size fridge. We had a full kitchen, but no pots pans or utensils. I guess maybe I should’ve asked the front desk but just figured they didn’t have any and I was supposed to bring my own. They also had a very limited channel selection on the TV. I know most people use streaming services, but sometimes it’s nice to just watch TV.

Room was clean and comfortable Specifically got a kitchenette because we knew they didn’t provide breakfast. They had a two burner stovetop, microwave, and fridge, but no pots or pans, no plates or bowls, no silverware, nothing. We’re supporting to bring our own?!

Super clean and great location for a concert at Idaho center

Great first time stay at your Hotel in Nampa, Idaho. Very friendly Front Desk gentleman! Nice clean room with Kitchenette. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower head worked great. Nice full size refrigerator with ice maker. We had the option to order/buy breakfast to be delivered to our room. We will definitely stay in a My Place Hotel on our travel in the US!
