Hotel canceled our room at 10 pm and moved us hotels without consulting us

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we love it. It is close to the highway and to stores. The building is new and the room is great--comfortable mattress, great couch, very nice kitchenette with everything you could need, and a refrigerator that's larger than what you find in most hotels.

Family was relocating from Washington state to Southern California and this hotel was one of our planned stops. Checking in and out was fast, simple, and easy. Staff were super nice and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet. Room was pretty clean. The surround area the hotel is located in felt very safe and secure especially if you are traveling with kids. There are plenty of food options close by. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids and pets and happen to pass through this city.

Hotel was very clean, spacious, had great amenities! Great location near food places and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

As I said in a previous review, it's a very nice hotel, we love to stay here but I think your pet fees are way to steep. My little 9 lb Yorkie, well trained and non shedding , does far less damage or messinest to you facility than my grandchildren. So when we travel without the dog we stay here otherwise I go down the road 5 miles and save $50.

Fantastic facility. Clean and new.

Our room was large, clean, excellent kitchenette space. Close to a full-size refrigerator. Great bed and pillows. Power operated blinds. The entire hotel was wonderful!!! Right off the freeway so easy to get to.

Nice, new facilty with great parking and a decent breakfast. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.

Closet organizers and large doorless shower were great. Two unexplained charges hit our credit cards and I talked to five staff members while there, even the general manager, Chelsea Hope, and they couldn’t explain why we were charged or what the charges were for. When we checked out it still was not resolved and I was told to call Zander. He was suppose to be in at 11. I called and he wasn’t there. So far no return call.

Excellent location. Adequate breakfast. Good eggs, paper-thin bacon was fine with me. Quiet room. Very accommodating staff. Our housekeeper was excellent & very helpful. Good sized room, bath, kitchen. Comfy bed. Weird foul smell in our closet. Not noticeable with door closed.

This place was so beaut and clean! The staff was just as amazing!

Coffee could have been hotter ?

Excellent on all levels. Staff friendly and super helpful.

Did not stay for breakfast but the property, room and staff were excellent. Cappuccino machines and I like tubs.

Good. Coffee was weak (watery) and was not hot.

Breakfast was typical hotel/motel fare and while I would probably have enjoyed the fare, the friends I was travelling with wanted to eat at a restaurant. The bathroom was very clean; however, the toilet paper was single ply which I thought for the price of the room they could have supplied at least two ply. See above.
