Quality Inn Spring Valley - Nanuet

Horrible experience, place smells like piss and feces. Smelled like cigarettes. When we went ice machines weren't working. It was 100 degrees and they didn't tell us that the pool was under construction not even on the website. I advise people not to even bother with this place.. TOTALLY REVOLTING!!. UGH!!!

Requested handicap accessible and only thing that met that criteria was the shower. Toilet was very low-kid height. Bed was high. No way a person in a wheelchair could get in the bed by themselves! A wad of hair was on the bathroom floor. Frame around bed was broken. Furniture old and worn. Office chair on wheels broken. Air conditioner was not flush with the interior wall and had a big dent and could see outside thru the gap. Right by the freeway and can hear loud traffic all night. I actually thought the window was open when we arrived, but it was closed. Windows are older than dirt. No smoking room, but cigarette burn in bedspread noted upon arrival. Another guest and I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check us in. East entrance door was not locked and anyone had access to come in. Homeless people hanging around outside. The final straw, on check out morning there were 8 or 9 intoxicated high school looking kids on the elevator that clearly says limit 2 people. They were rude, loud, and obnoxious at 5 am!! Really!! Never again at this hotel. $150 a night!! I’ve stayed at better places for $80-90 a night. Terrible breakfast choice too!!

I stayed for two nights. No one came to clean the room. Had to ask for clean towels and when I asked about the room being cleaned, the clerk pointed to a paper of rules and told me I had to stay a minimum of 3 nights to get clean towels and a clean room. Horrible

there were no phones in the room to contact the front desk ,and the wifi kept dropping you had to sign in everytime you needed to make a call

There was a blood stain and food on the floor so we changed rooms. There was blood on the wooden desk area in second room. A bug crawled on me in bed disturbing my sleep. The towels were threadbare. No A/C on the floors but in room. The elevator lights weren’t working. There was an odor in the lobby. Location was great but there was no quality at this Quality Inn.

TERRIBLE!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom needs a little TLC. Outside of the property needs work, it was dirty. Breakfast was OK, waffle maker was the only thing I used.

Breakfast no fresh bread/bagels. Never stayed anywhere that those items weren’t standard

2. A separate shelf should be for the microwave oven not on the desk... 3. The so called breakfast...not enough of anything 4. Better lighting... room was really dark.. even after all the light wear on

Staff was very rude.

The toilet was blocked/stuffed

Check the bathroom wall more often and use mold cleaners on the wall especially the shower.

The room smelled like Marijuana. Went to the front desk they say we can borrow a can of lavender spray but we had to bring it right back. Didn't offer another room or anything else. We went to target to get a Yankee candle . Are close suitcase everything smells disgusting.

Room had an ordor. Had to get air refreshener to remedy that. Room did not have a table or a chair. Had to use the bed to eat food. No soap had to buy soap. The ironing board was awful. Looks like part of it was broken. It was not stable. The iron was subpar. The front desk person was not friendly. Did not greet me at all. Did not even have a house phone in the room. Was not an good experience for me.

Room was clean and comfortable for two people. Good Location. Good Rate. (You Get Want you Pay for). We had a good stay.
