If you’re looking for an upmarket bed and breakfast this is a good spot

Everything was wonderful. We had some issues with our room code but they were able to gives us a new code right away with a quick phone call. They did their best to make sure we were comfortable. It is a beautiful property and the staff was very kind and did their best to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. I highly recommend for a beautiful getaway.

There’s so much to say about The White House Napa!!!! Charming and inviting estate, helpful and over the top staff, superb chef, cute and quaint room with updated linens furniture and amenities. Each evening a generous wine and charcuterie board was nicely displayed. We also enjoyed a morning bike ride courtesy, I might add as a courtesy.

Very clean, beautiful bed and breakfast. Staff isn’t always available to help, but they are friendly when they are there.

We had a very nice time at the White House. We were a little disappointed that there was a private event in the front yard and at the pool -- featuring a very loud musical group. The event went until 10 PM. Otherwise, a very nice property, featuring a charming room, with wine and nibbles at 5 PM each day and a great breakfast (both included). Strong point was the staff -- very polite and courteous.

Our flight in was severely delayed, so we were having to check in very late. Since there’s no front desk, we were worried about the lack of access, but staff was very responsive and helped us through the check in process and kindly checked on us throughout our stay. They even booked us a last minute wine tour! We really appreciated the daily housekeeping and they left gifts like eye masks and extra water bottles everyday. Breakfast every morning was so good and then there would always be a little afternoon snack in the foyer. Overall appreciated how hands off staff was, allowing us to do our thing

Fantastic location for accessibility to BottleRock and walking in downtown Napa. Cute breakfast, wish we could have caught the wine hour. Clean and comfortable bed and linens. Got to spend a little time at the pool.

The breakfast is buffet style. Very simple, but high quality and prepared by a chef. There are premade baked goods and one hot breakfast egg item each morning. They prepare containers of yogurt with fruits, and there was a tray of fresh fruit. Good coffee, and there was a juice and mimosa station. The sparking wine was good enough to drink without juice. We used the jacuzzi. There is a beautiful pool and a pair of ducks hung out there in the mornings - lovely to see. The pool house is where they have wine tastings. This is lovely place for weddings, but we stayed to go to BottleRock, which was walking distance. We will be back.

Amazing place to stay. We were pampered daily and loved the staff. Beautiful neighborhood and felt completely safe. Can’t wait to return to the White House Napa.

The property and grounds are nice. Rooms are okay but smell very old like an old house also had carpet that needed replaced. Grounds and location are great walkable to town
