Location was good. Felt cut off, dingy. Staff did not offer any suggestions for the area or what they had to offer. For $675/night felt I would have been offered more…

This is one of our all time favorite hotels. The entire property is so well maintained and just incredibly beautiful. Our second visit and looking forward to the next one already.

Room was nice and hotel was convenient to nearby shops. We took the train ride and it was an easy walk to the train from the hotel.

Perfect location! Right along the river, just a few blocks from downtown shopping, dining and The Oxbow Market. The shower was quite old and outdated and I couldn’t get any warm water. Had the water going for 10 minutes and still cold. This was in the Embarcadero building, maybe the other building has better utilities.
