Luke checked us and into our room and gave good suggestions about the town. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a great view of 1st street and beyond. We enjoyed the open air rooftop bar for dinner. And the food was delicious.

Great stay at Archer Hotel Napa! The location is perfect for exploring downtown, with plenty of restaurants and tasting rooms within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Archer is the perfect place to stay and use as your home base while exploring the wine country. The hotel's lobby, from when you enter, is stunning. The staff could not be nicer and the room, beautiful. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang, with delicious bites and, as expected, wonderful drinks and wine. A beautiful respite during your wine country visit.

I did not like my room. Deluxe king with balcony - balcony view facing all construction. I expected the room to also have a couch. The room is small didn’t give deluxe. Thankfully the rooftop bar experience was fun and the breakfast was amazing!

All of my expectations were met from cleanliness, customer service, amenities etc….. i will definitely return and stay again. The Archer Den King Balcony/ fireplace ( 800sqft) was worth every penny

The one critique was that the hotel charged me for taking a book from the room. We never took anything. The staff was very helpful in fixing this in our invoice, so all was fixed.

The room size and big bath Had to drag 4 suitcases across carpet down a long hall way past company events. Room could have been cleaner, crumbs on the floor, greats marks and salt sprinkled over. Staff were told on check out and said they’d look into. Had a charge after we left for a bath balm which didn’t say in the room it was chargeable. I’ve emailed and my questions have been ignored. Considering we stayed in a suite and it wasn’t overly clean and offered no discount. Handled very badly
