Uniquely smart property. Really cool place. Owners are really nice people and Rosa and staff make you feel like family. Thank you for having us. Highly recommend for a low key, local vibe, downtown Napa.

This hotel is a hidden gem, every detail was attended to. The grounds were cool, lobby, rooms, everything. So close to downtown Napa. Our only wish was 2 chairs or a small settee in the room.

The hotel is beautiful. The hotel set up is unique and a refreshing change from the "normal hotel experience." We loved how there are two kitchen areas with drinks, ice, and great snacks. Breakfast was wonderful. Top notch coffee, tea, pastries, and quiche. The staff are wonderful. We love that it's very private, no desk check in/out. But, if we needed anything, it was easy to get answers fast. The bed is adjustable at the foot and head, a really nice touch. I'm embarrassed to say the layout of the bathroom was challenging for us to understand. There is a window from the bathroom to the bedroom. We didn't realize until we were checking out that the door to the bathroom could swing inward to close the shower and toilet section of the bathroom. That being said, it is a clever layout once you understand how it works and the bathroom has very modern and nice touches. More of a learning curve versus not liking it. This hotel really should be a model for how hotels should be evolving. Just needs a smart tv, and they would be there.

A thoroughly charming boutique hotel. The loft we stayed at featured a modern, clean design with premium finishes that made it feel like a high-end home away from home rather than a typical hotel room. Its excellent location also puts fantastic dining options within easy walking distance.

Please read the property description so as to avoid “what the property doesn’t have “. There is no pool on site, refrigerators are not located inside rooms (I’m diabetic so I travel with my own frig). Breakfast is only served on weekends, please keep this in mind if this is a requirement for you. There are snacks available, at any time, in the common area. Boxed cereal, yogurt, water, great specialty coffee machine (espresso, latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate). Did I mention the WiFi is incredible throughout the entire property (rooms, common areas and outside. The resident manager is great, available to help and answer any questions. Please consider the R Inn for your Napa stay.

Amazing property. Immaculately clean and maintained. Staff went above and beyond and offered us complimentary wine when checking in. Can’t wait to go back.

Staff & accommodations were excellent. Very easy in and out. Walking to downtown Napa was great. Would highly recommend & stay there again when visiting Napa. Overall everything was good & acceptable. No dislikes.

Location and parking was excellent! good Bathroom facilities and accommodations, (adjustable) bed were also very good and clean! Snacks provided were very good! Didn't know that there were no drawers or closets to place clothing. Had to leave most items in suitcase

We absolutely loved our stay at the R Inn! The location could not have been more perfect. It was off a quiet little street in the downtown area where cafés, restaurants bars and shops were just a few steps away. The grounds themselves were beautifully kept with peaceful seating areas, unique art, & several more charming features. The courtyard room we stayed in was simple, but tasteful, well designed & had a very comfortable bed. There isn’t a closet or drawers to speak of, but there were several places to hang our clothes which was more than enough. We also loved the bathroom which was sleek & modern with a great shower & a fancy toilet/bidet that had a heated seat. There was a kitchen/pantry right outside our door where complimentary coffee/tea & snacks were available to us around the clock. On the weekends they also put out quiche, croissants, & other pastries which were delicious & convenient when we were in a hurry to meet our early wine tasting appointments. To top it all off it was affordable, had ample free parking, & a seamless check in/out procedure. We recommend the R Inn to anyone traveling to Napa & can’t wait to return again ourselves. The kitchen had a stove with pots and pans etc but it was not clearly specified either when booking or in the kitchen itself that the stove is only available for 'private chefs', which is misleading. We were in Room 1 of the Courtyard building which really needs black out blinds. Though with all blinds closed, at soon as the sun rise there would be blinding sunlight coming both through the semitransparent blinds and around the sides, making it even hard to look at let alone stay asleep so early in the morning.

This stay was incredible. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable beds and so close to so much. I will recommend R Inn to friends and family.

Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. On the few occasions I needed to call the after-hours number, I received a prompt response and excellent service each time. If I ever find myself back in Napa, there will be no question about where I’ll stay. This hotel has earned my highest recommendation and will absolutely be my location of choice.

Great location a few blocks from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. The place was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I had kind of a long drive that morning and they checked me in early. I liked there was 24 hour access to the kitchen. I loved the atmosphere and decor of the place and the lay out was kinda funky in a good way. Lots of little places to sit and read, have a glass of wine and socialize. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room but the full kitchen was convenient. The rooms were a bit small but fine for 1 person. But then you aren't in the wine country to stay in the room.
