Hotel Napa Valley, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Charming architecture and comformatble bed. However, there was no one on-site at the B&B. Very odd. Mobile check-in was not set up with my phone so I had difficulty getting in upon arrival. When I returned to the hotel for the evening, there was a loud beeping alarm going off outside my room. I reached out to hotel 'staff' via phone (again, no one was on-site to assist) and did not receive a reply. At 6:39am, someone finally entered the building and turned off the alarm. Needless to say, not a restful night's sleep.

Okay place, nothing special. Self check-in and self-service for so-called hospitality reception. It’s an old house so you hear everyone arriving/departing.

This is an old house conversion. The rooms are quirky and while the main surfaces are clean, our room (14) could use a deep clean. The off street parking is great and there is a completely shaded outdoor lounging space which is nice. Location is super for walking to downtown.

Breakfasts were very good. The backyard seating was very comfortable and private. Enjoyed the tub but it could use a bit more water pressure. Check in was strange. They need a pen and note paper for labels in the only refrigerator.

Location was perfect - quiet, walking distance to restaurants and shope Breakfast was excellent! Nutritious and tasty Parking was free and right on the prropety/ The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was alone, so I didn't need much storage space, but the room (#8) could use a bit more. Not a big deal at all, but just a suggestion.

The hotel eas very comfotrable. Fresh cookies were available for guests, it was close to the main part of town, and breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the decor. The bathroom was great! Thank you!

Great location and wonderful architecture. The room was a bit small and there could have been a plug especially for charging.

I was able to check in a little early. While I was out much of the time, I found my room impeccably clean, comfortable and charmingly appointed. Very comfortable bed! Good bathroom space, pleasing tub/shower, lovely bath amenities. I wish I could have enjoyed the breakfast, but there was good space in the dining area, lots of natural light and nicely stocked. Given the opportunity, my dog and I would love to return!

Good price and location. Nothing fancy, but for Napa it was a great value. I had to leave early so I did not get breakfast. It smelled great! Weird noises from upstairs guest but at least it stopped before midnight.

Room clean and charming, large. Easy walk to downtown. Breakfast provided was great. The breakfast room was really quiet and a bit awkward with multiple couples that were strangers. Would have liked some quiet background music. The host was welcoming and service quick.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, the staff was very friendly, the room was spacious, spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was served in the basement cellar which was very unique. The location of the place was within walking distance to downtown Napa which made it easy to get to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning on visiting Napa. Also, there is plenty of parking.

Outstanding! A beautiful “Heritage House” very well located, close to Napa downtown. The self checkin/checkout worked perfectly. The manager kindly welcomed me and was very supportive along all my staying. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Quaint room with a small fireplace. Really cute and the shower worked fine. Nice bed too.
