This is such a beautiful property! Rooms were lovely. Loved the breakfast and the happy hour goodies were much appreciated. Great hosts!

Nice historic and beautifully furnished. Martha was wonderful, and the grounds were very nicely kept

Breakfast was plated, plastic wrapped, and labeled with room numbers. Very mediocre.

Great visit! Nice breakfasts

The location and rooms itself was very good, comfy room. Just don't eat the breakfast. Breakfast was awful. Cold, not tasty options for the amount we paid. Who wants Salmon Quiche for breakfast? That was one of the breakfasts. And usually things breakfast was overdone. We paid a lot for a B&B, but it lacked with breakfast. It had good reviews but I should have looked harder- other reviews echoed mine. The staff was non existent, you rarely saw them.

Great hot breakfast every morning; flexible staff as we added an additional night after our initial registration and they made it work with a room just across the hall.

We were in room #6. It was very small and difficult to maneuver around in. But the location of the Blackbird was excellent, breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend, and if we return, we will probably go back and stay there, but request a different room.

Excellent location, close to downtown. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The Blackbird Inn was absolutely fantastic. The care the owner has put in to restore and maintain this stunning craftsman home is just wonderful. The room was great, comfortable, and the balcony fantastic. While the happy hour was fantastic, the breakfast was only ok. We would stay there again.

Very nice place with friendly staff and solid breakfast.

Very clean, location perfect to walk downtown Napa.

We stayed here because it was the cheapest option for a friend’s wedding and it was incredible. Our room was in the separate part of the hotel, chose it for the modern bathroom which was spacious. Bed was comfortable. The whole inn had such a cozy personality! The grounds were beautiful and it was about a 5 minute walk to the downtown area. No issues with parking. I saw someone complain about the breakfast times on here? The staff texts you to confirm which of the two times works for you. Latest being 9:15. It’s like an authentic bed and breakfast, a different preplanned meal each day. I thought it was very good! Overall, highly recommend. The happy hour was great too but they did take it down 10 minutes early one of the days so we missed it and that was a bummer. Only thing that takes some getting used to is the door to the separate part of the inn always locking so just be sure to have your key on you at all times. Would love to come back here! Definitely book it if you’re looking!

Nice place with a great breakfast and cute happy hour. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch. Proximity to downtown was ideal. Would highly recommend.

Loved the general atmosphere, decor, and hospitality. Clean room, accommodating staff, nice breakfast, and convenient parking.

Room was lovely. Excellent breakfast and the wine and wine in the evenings of our stay was a great bonus, Great location for exploring. Nothing really.

If the owners of the B and B wanted to replicate a house from the 1800's, they did a great job. Poor lighting, dark and cold with outside bushes over grown hiding the patios. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of B and Bs in both the US and Europe --- Bla bird is the worst. NO CHARM AT ALL! We had room with a Spa Tub - except it didn't work and no visible controls. No one to talk to since ce there was no one at the facility (I would call it a B and B, but it is just a restored home with rented rooms) The location is poor with a significant level of noise as it sits on the corner of 2 main streets; and the best area for restaurants is over a mile away. And the amazing thing is this property is apparently owned by the Four Sisters group which owns several high end B and Bs on the West Coast.

Blackbird in is a beautiful craftsmen home and the breakfast food and white wine for happy hour was good, I was just disappointed that there was no mention of the constant traffic noise in the room, including a trash truck at 6 am!! My friend and I had separate rooms and after experiencing the first sleepless night she happened to mention she found earplugs in the bathroom. That would have been very helpful information if given to me at check in.Also I am a person who likes to wake up to an early cup of coffee, without having to get fully dressed and walk over to the main house.I was actually quite shocked that they do not have coffee makers in the rooms! On the flip side it is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and is in a great location, only about 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown.

Wonderful breakfast and easy walking location to all that downtown offers. Right next to two very busy roads, so you hear traffic all night long.
