Cute and quaint! The bed was super comfortable! The garden area out back was peaceful and relaxing!

It was like staying at an air b and b with all the amenities of a hotel. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the gardens were so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and enjoying the lovely weather. The breakfast was good: some hot food, fruits, and coffee. We’ll definitely stay here for our next trip.

Quiet clean location.

Sweet, cozy spot that was in perfect distance to everything we wanted to do in the area!

Perfect location in Napa Valley. Elm house was lovely, comfortable room, elevator access to the second floor. Great selection of breakfast items that changed each day and delicious, warm cookies served in the evening. Comfortable outside seating however it was a bit chilly so we didn’t make use of it too much. Would definitely return and recommend.

What a great little gem! We will definitely be back!

The rooms are very large with large closets and restroom. There is a sink in the closet with a refrigerator, safe and coffee maker. Room comes with breakfast which was actually pretty good. Scrambled eggs, waffles, blueberry parfait, fruits and pasties. Lots of free parking, but you might not get a spot if you return to the inn late and will have to settle for street parking. Inn is right off of the freeway and a little tricky to get to due to the roundabouts. Inn offers in-room snacks and sodas at a reasonable price.

The staff was very helpful and very professional and nice.

What a quaint surprise. Staff was wonderful to answer questions and engage with. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Coffee bar all day and warm cookies in the evening was a welcome treat. The garden and hot tub area are a pretty respite. Rooms were clean, bright and beds comfortable. Bathroom is a little tight, but to be expected in a building this age. We stayed in room 202. Would definitely stay here on our next visit.

A lovely place to stay in downtown Napa, central to the wineries and sights we planned. The gardens were beautifully kept with nice seating areas. Staff very friendly.

Great location! Comfy rooms. Amazing breakfast!

Loved our stay at this lovely hotel. It's more like a home than a hotel, and I can't put into words how much we enjoyed our 2-day stay at this wonderful property. We were lucky enough to have room 207, which had a king bed with a sofa, 2 chairs and a fireplace. The included breakfast is fantastic. The location is about a 20-minute walk to Main Street, but it's a nice walk, or you can take a quick Uber. Will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful place to stay; very comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The staff was very friendly. They serve freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, and coffee and tea all day. You can borrow games or just seat and relax and the beautiful outdoor area.

Very easy to navigate. Property is small but number of guests limited because of room capacity so it’s not overcrowded. Great for a quick getaway if you live in the Bay Area. Quiet because it’s not in center of Napa. Breakfast is quite good and hot tub is very nice. Furniture is outdated. The grounds are maintained very nice with ample patio seating.

We loved everything about this quaint hotel. It felt more like a cozy Bed and Breakfast. The room was stylishly decorated, spacious and comfortable. Missed the home baked cookies that were served from 6-7 (would be nice if they were left out for the evening for an after dinner sweet, but the breakfast was delicious and the location couldn't have been more perfect. It was a 12 minute walk to the center of town where the shops and restaurants were. The hot tub was a respite after the long drive we had that day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely zero support after 8pm… loud drunk people in lobby using obscene language for over 3 hours and nobody on site to correct . I should have called police.
