Elm House Inn

The property grounds are very lovely. I don’t think the pictures do the rooms justice and staff is very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The complimentary breakfast was simple but had everything we needed: great coffee, yogurt parfaits, eggs, sweet breads, and fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to start each morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice little operation, almost like a bed & breakfast place. Staff were helpful in offering gluten free breakfast options when inquired. The only negative thing is it was a little loud in the morning with the noise coming from the streets & trash trucks. Would definitely consider coming back again.

I have traveled and stayed here before that’s why I chose it again. Beautiful grounds peacefully. Hot tub great to relax. Walking distance to downtown a good mile but not hard. Breakfast and evening snacks cookies are ideal. Friendly staff and informative.

Great stay, clean and good breakfast.

From the moment we walked into the little lobby we were greeted with a very warm welcome. We were accommodated for any need we had. Our stay was delightful. I think our favorite part was the garden with the numerous water fountains. The personal touch was everywhere homemade muffins, bagged ice to go and much more. Staying at the Elm Inn made our Napa overnight even better.

The location was a short distance from downtown. The back courtyard is so charming. I would stay here again. The value was excellent.

The room I had was not as nice as the photo looked. The room was in need of updating. The bathroom had many areas that were very worn & thick old layered paint. Some areas of tub finish worn off. It made it look unclean but in fact was stained & worn.

Very nice place to stay in Napa

Nothing fancy but great location off 29 and easy drive into downtown Napa (also walkable, a mile). Grounds are very well-maintained, clean, quiet, rooms/decor could use updates but are fine. Bed too soft for our taste but all was comfortable. Dining area for breakfast quite cramped but a big draw here is the hot breakfast included. Same each day but a nice start.

Cute Inn with a great location. Walkable to downtown with close restaurant options. Beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast changed daily and was always a delight. Hot tub and outside seated areas great for a glass of wine in the evening. Staff very nice. We’ve stayed here a few times and have loved it each time.

This hotel had absolutely everything we could want. It was spacious, with a terrific shower, kitchenette, outside area, etc. We definitely did not expect to love it as much as we did. And the staff was so kind and helpful. The area is perfect for walking too.

Breakfast could have been alittle more variety but overall wonderful location and amenities.
