Beat the price of places further away from town. 30 year old single male. Great spot for me. Even had a carport.

Location was perfect for my stay in Napa for a golf tournament and Bottle Rocket. There was ample parking and the AC worked well on a very hot day. The property owner was very helpful!

Location was close to town within walkin distance. Establishment is outdated. Wasn't clean. Rooms smelled stale poorly maintained. .

Owners were personable and very helpful with packages we needed to have delivered while we were staying there.

Clean and intimate roadside hotel. Great location and close to everything without the $500-700 fancy hotel prices. If you need a clean, quiet affordable place to sleep while you play in Napa, this is it.

Called for housekeeping, went back in the morning and all they did was open a window. Do NOT believe anything on their website. None of it is current or real. It's a foul hooker like hotel rented by the hour dirty. Don't bother with travel insurance either. Paid for 6 nights, didn't stay one and insurance covered 200$.

An old road motel, clean but with old smell, convenient location near downtown Napa, quiet and close to nature, a deer pass by one morning.

Clean place, looks to have been recently renovated. Bonus was having a room that actually had 2 separate rooms in the same Suite. Centrally located to anything you'll want to do in Napa, just not very fancy, hence the competetive pricing
