Edgewater Beach Hotel

Everything was great but as a returning customer I did expect to get an upgrade or at least a better view from our suite. Everything else was great!

The service was not great. Rooms didn’t have simple items such as shampoo when we arrived. They don’t manage parking so non hotel guests take up all the spots for beach access. Not the cleanest. Beds are horrible. The concierge was not helpful for any information. Our TV didn’t work well. Would not go back.

Lots of restaurants and spas in the area.

Loved the resort. Very clean and staff very helpful at the restaurant. Service was great.

Old motel converted in badly needs total total refreshment, old old old, including the pool and general areas. Doors are RUSTY.

Beautiful hotel

Excellent experience at the Edgewater Hoel. The staff was excellent, great amenities for the entire family, excellent beach view. We will definitely return.

Beach access was wonderful and we took out Goldendoodle and while she could not be on the beach she could be on the pool deck while they cleaned our room.

Extraordinario en todo sentido.

The same day we arrived, after finding out we were going to spend the night without A/C, we decided to go to the beach. That’s when we realized they do offer tanning chairs as part of the amenities, but not the umbrella. If you want an umbrella, you have to pay $33 per day, which is crazy considering the high price we paid for just two nights. Not to mention that when we first asked for the umbrella, we were told they didn’t have the drill to make the hole because the manager had taken it. After I asked the employee what I was supposed to do, considering I was pregnant and obviously didn’t want to be on the beach without an umbrella, he magically changed his story and was suddenly able to dig the hole himself and set up the umbrella. To be honest, I think there are much better hotels out there for a better price.

excellent hotel, ocean front, front desk and valet parking so kind. My concern is with bar tender, one of them rude and the other one had so much work, which I understand, did not have time even to say hello
