El colchón tienen que remplazarlo, muy incomodo, rendido por los lados, un poco de olor a humedad también en la habitación, por lo demás espectacular, mi esposa y yo vamos todos los años, acogedor y en buen lugar, a solo 5 minutos de la playa y su piscina térmica es espectacular y el servicio exelente

Las habitaciones no estaba limpia, los baños con mucha suciedad en la unión de las puertas de correderas con la pared y con la bañera. La bañera y los porta jabones viejos y sucios. El lavamanos estaba prácticamente tupido.

Easy check in. Lots of people maid sitting at the bar challenging. Too many people in the pool all drinking and no one seemed to get out for bathroom breaks. I did not use the pool. Fun environment and certainly recommend the visit. Have to go to Fujamas for great food.

Everything you need right there. You never need to leave the property, or you can walk to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

This was a beautiful place! The room is very spacious. The bed wasn't horrible, wasn't great, but it was decent. The bathroom is tiny though. The shower handle is in your face while you use the toilet. And you have to step over the toilet to shut the door. Outside of that, it was a beautiful place to stay. The pool and pool area are Amazing! It's heated, and beautiful. There is a bar and a couple restaurants at the pool. We'd definitely stay there again!

Bueno dos cosas negativas nada mas de este viaje, personal fumando en la escalera que entorpecer el acceso a la planta alta con colillas en la escalera y el olor a tabaco desagradable, otra cosa que me impresiono fue en el cheking al llegar al parecer le entorpecismo la comida y la atención no fue muy agradable, pero me sigue encantando gulfcoast

Breakfast sad

The “breakfast” is also very misleading. There were very few options, and even the coffee didn’t taste like coffee. Calling it a complimentary breakfast sets expectations that simply are not met. The staff was polite, but cleanliness should never be compromised. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this property has a lot of room for improvement.

My family and I recently stayed at Gulf Coast Inn and overall had a very good experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff provided a warm and professional welcome. They made us feel genuinely valued as guests and set a positive tone for the stay. The housekeeping service was also excellent. We stayed in rooms 114 through 118, and all rooms were consistently clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our visit. The attention to detail and daily upkeep were especially appreciated. Overall, the hotel service was very good, and we would recommend Gulf Coast Inn to others and consider staying again in the future. There was a minor concern during our visit at the Tiki Bar regarding communication when a table was needed. While we fully understand and respect restaurant operations and the need for table turnover, the way the message was delivered felt indirect, as it was passed through a server rather than communicated directly by management. A more direct approach from management would have felt more appropriate and professional in that situation. Despite this, our overall stay was very good, and the positive service from the front desk and housekeeping teams stood out as highlights of the experience.
