El hotel acogedor, las habitaciones también, pero el toilet de la habitación tenía problemas, el shower tenía mala presión de agua. Y el hot tub no funcionaba, y la piscina estaba un poco sucia.

Awesome front desk staff. Aidan was wonderful with helping me work through a booking mistake that I made. He was super friendly and understanding. I wish pet friendly hotels had rooms that were completely pet free. And asked your preference when you check in without a pet. This is the 2nd time we accidentally book in a pet friendly hotel. Rooms were clean, but as soon as you walk in the room the pet smell hits. People without indoor pets smell it instantly.

No breakfast included and their breakfast is expensive and not good and coffee is not tasty at all.

Breakfast was not included, $2 for a banana that was partially rotten. The pillows where hard and very uncomfortable. We where on the top floor which may have had something to do with the AC not being able to cool the room until after midnight.

overall just wasn’t as nice as I experienced with other courtyards.. on the other hand, the staff was great! I didn’t use any amenities because I was only staying one night. The bed was very comfortable as they always are.

Muy cómodo, escogimos una habitación para 5 personas y el espacio era perfecto, además tenía balcon con vista a la piscina. Lo recomiendo 100%, las instalaciones limpias y el personal super amable.
