We really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here several times over the years. It is not a luxury hotel, but it has always been very charming, comfortable, and welcoming. We love the pools, mini golf, beautiful outdoor areas, and the overall atmosphere of the property. The location is excellent, and the price offers great value. Despite some issues during this visit, this is still a hotel we would like to continue choosing whenever we visit Naples. Unfortunately, compared with our previous stays a few years ago, there has been a very noticeable decline in the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Small issues in the rooms appear to have been left unrepaired, carpets and outdoor floors were stained, and the A/C vents were covered with dust. The air conditioner also seemed to struggle to cool the room properly. Most concerning, there was a dirty diaper on the ground from the time we arrived until we left, and it was never picked up. Although the hotel is a non-smoking property and the pool supposedly closes at 10 PM, there were guests smoking, drinking, and playing music around the pool late into the night. We genuinely like this hotel, which is why the decline is disappointing. If management reads these reviews, we sincerely hope they invest more attention in cleaning, maintenance, and enforcing the property rules. This is a lovely property with a lot of potential, and we would really like to see it return to the standard we remember from our previous stays.

Excellent location, with everything just minutes away—supermarket, shopping mall, zoo, pharmacy, restaurants, the beach, and downtown Naples. The room was generally clean, with fresh, clean sheets and towels, though I would recommend pest control, as we spotted three cockroaches. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was great, fairly extensive buffet, and the included beach shuttle was very useful—it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

the person of front desk gave me incorrect information!!!!! and when we arrived at hotel One room was in one hallway and the other was on the other side.!!!!! 2. The pool was a mess, the music at the pool was very loud, all day. 3. Breakfast was good.

Free breakfast was nice. The pools were clean and the hot tub was only working on one side of the property but it was great to use. The location was the best part. In the middle of everything. 4/5 - my room floor could have been cleaner but overall great stay.

Lo que me gustó fue, lo céntrico que está el hotel. Que no me gustó: la habitación tenía el toilet dañado, tenía cucarachas y la habitación estaba como para demolerla y hacerla nueva. De 10 le doy un menos 100.

Al llegar a la habitación el A/C no funcionaba , nos dieron otra habitación y estaba sucia , bajamos x segunda vez al front desk y nos asignaron otra habitación está un poco mejor, en la mañana fuimos al desayuno ( muy mal abastecido ) solo había toradas y jugo de naranja . Lamento mucho tan mal estancia y varias veces nos hemos hospedado en la cadena y en este hotel. Espero que mejore. Lo único bueno fue la atención del joven de front desk ( over night )

Excelente hotel todo limpio

La propiedad es antigua pero muy cómoda para mí que viaje con 2 niñas la suite tiene todo tipo de equipos en la cocina que te facilita tu servicio un baño grande la suite buena higiene desayuno incluido con variedad parqueo free y cómodo servicio de auto a la playa que queda como a 1 milla pero puedes ir en tu auto también el parqueo en la playa 2.50 por 5 horas el personal del hotel atento y está jubilado cerca del Moll publix y otras cosas en fin lo recomiendo bueno cómodo y económico.Esta es mi segunda estancia y pienso repetirla si dios permite.
