The overall property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful! The color of the tile in the tub is black. I prefer lighter to be able to see cleanliness, but it was a beautiful facility and great stay!

The room was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was ok but Ana was very nice I liked the place I will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends and family

Overall the location and hotel were good. Helpful to have a supermarket just steps away, however the larger shopping center and restaurant options required a drive to safely cross a 6 lane highway. Walking is not recommended. Buffet breakfast was adequate but limited the decks were so small as to be challenging to seat 2 people. The AC unit in the first room was loud and hard to regulate however the staff were very accommodating when we sought a room switch

Very helpful staff! My husband needed to find work space for some conference calls that came up and they were extremely accommodating - All of our wants and needs were met (and then some!) - We will definitely be back as the location worked perfect for our plans in Naples!

Art at the shuttle van was exceptional. Also enjoyed the live music at breakfast.

What I didn't like was Expedia had to remind me to ask for the perks I was supposed to get at check in. When I asked the front desk, they saw it on the screen but would only offer it to me if I stated what it was exactly. I was disappointed by that.

A gem of a hotel, The staff were all so nice and attentive. The room was exceptional. Breakfast with a musician playing soft music on a guitar was awesome. No complaints. We were here on my Wife's birthday week, and will be coming back!

The room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Outdoor pool and area was very well kept.

They need to improve the breakfast not everyone can eat that much sugar can’t considered a continental breakfast is only bread and high sugar donuts that is my only concern for the rest is a wonderful small hotel will give fourth and I haft star
