We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, close to both the beach and Mercato. The hotel has an elegant, classic atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend it for both families and couples looking for a relaxing stay.

Excellent continental breakfast with live music and the option to sit on a covered porch overlooking the fountain. We had a very lovely, clean, and comfortable room and a great view of the lake and fountain. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent and surrounded by wonderful shops. Fifth Avenue is not far away. We would definitely return to this location again.

Breakfast buffet was decent and again the staff was so very nice. Guitar player was great and a nice bonus. The activity fee included the van ride, chairs and umbrella which we were great. Driver was also very friendly Overall nice stay, decent amenities and beyond wonderful staff that made you feel welcome ! Def recommend!

Excellent hotel !

The breakfast was fresh but no many varieties.

The staff was great! It was just what we needed. We loved the large donuts from a local bakery available in the afternoon. It was the prefect sweet treat with a cup of coffee. It was a special touch. We also enjoyed the shuttle driver and access to the beach plus local shops. We didn't need to move our car. This was a nice addition to our stay. We would stay again!

Really really good hotel. Starting in the reception staff amazing. Breakfast was excellent. My only recommendation is getting better showers. Slow and small water caudal flow, and not the typical good shower you get in a hotel.

Great location with friendly staff. Beautifully decorated property with comfortable beddings. Will stay here again during future travels.

Excellent service I’m sure we will return

The breakfast has no to much choices of protein, but the staff is very friendly, the property is very quiet, it is in good location, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast time has live music which I think is a plus. I definitely will recommend it.

The pool lounge chairs have metal armrests that become extremely hot in the sun, and I actually burned myself on one. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, consisting mostly of bagels and pastries. I would have expected some warm options such as eggs, breakfast potatoes, or other hot items. The communication from the staff was also inconsistent. One employee told us the shuttle service ran continuously throughout the day, while another said it operated every hour on the hour. As it turned out, neither explanation was accurate. Additionally, there was no hair conditioner in the room. When I called the front desk, someone brought up two very small bottles that were nearly impossible to use. I asked the employee if the empty conditioner dispenser in the shower could be refilled, but no one ever returned to address the issue. Overall, the service and amenities did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, I was not impressed and will not be returning.
