Día que te vas ya a las 11:00 te quitan la sombrilla y te tratan como extraño no debería ser así ya que venimos cada ves que podamos ya que nos encanta en hotel por lo menos deberían dejarnos disfrutar la playa asta las 2:00 gracias

We were surprised by how small the building was, but it was great. Our room was clean, the beach access was right downstairs, couldn’t have asked for more. The staff was friendly and excellent.

Location and great work with towels and beach chairs There’s no room service, not availability to the restaurant food unless you’ve made a reservation.

The Vanderbilt Resort is the ultimate of vacations. Soft, white sand. The water is warm, clear and just beautiful. I liked that the chairs and umbrellas were put out by staff and there were people bringing food and drinks from the restaurant if you chose to buy anything. In the surrounding area there are outstanding restaurants. We went to Ocean Prime, Backyard BBQ, and Mr. Fish. Try Goldies for breakfast and lunch! We rented an apartment right across the street from the beach. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, towels and dish towels. The only thing I didn't know to bring was some dish soap or some powder for the dishwasher. Everything else is there.

Nice hotel with easy beach access and included towels and chairs. Drink service on the beach from the hotel. Very nice restaurant with good wine selection in the hotel - but book early. Also good for lunch. Parking included. Separate place with shower to clean up after check out if needed. Room was small (if you had four people in it) but comfortable and well laid out with small kitchenette and full fridge. Table for eating and two sitting chairs. Helpful staff.

Needed to stay at the beach, they mentioned the rules they sent to me the day before when I could no longer cancel my stay with them! They offered me a place at the pool , which I accepted because my chairs at the beach were taken away. The result was that in order to go to water I now had to go down the stairs that would me knee pain was no small task and went to the water only once in afternoon because the way to get to water was long and the pain made it even worse. In conclusion the cooperation I got was awful. I was offered that next time I could stay all day at the beach if I paid the night and a half day… what a deal !!?? Half a day for two chairs and an umbrella!! In previous stays this never happened to me but now that it did happen , this is not a place I would ever go back to. They did not care at all about my needs and I spent the rest of the day in the area of the pool with all the noise and inconvenience of a long walk and stairs to get to the water… so I left early disappointed at my day at the beach that turned out awful and not what I wanted at all. Not going back.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable. The food, the beach, and the pool was above and beyond. We will definitely come back.

Excellent

The location is excellent, especially if you get a unit in the beachfront section of the complex. The beach is just steps away, making it very convenient to enjoy the ocean and the beautiful views. The area felt safe, quiet, and well maintained. Some parts of the room need maintenance, particularly the paintwork, which showed signs of wear. The sofa bed also had broken springs and was uncomfortable to use. It should be repaired or replaced before the next guest arrives. This room was located in an annex building across the street from the main building.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean. The beach its amazing, great location to watch the sunset. I will come back soon.

Great place

Had a clean room great staff nice kitchen with utensils and dinner ware beds were really stiff but still clean and accurate bedding. Beach and pool was great they provide beach towel toys for kids use. Beach chairs with umbrella and really nice outside staff. The only thing I was a little disappointed with there was no mention that there was no elevator. Thought also that I had a beach view wasn't exactly a straight view but was still nice. The stairs were rough when you have 2 bum knees. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again some day.

Staff was very nice and helpful, clean room with kitchenet. Hotel with beach view and just 2 minutes from the beach.

It is on the beach this is the best amenity that it has. It is in a great location, closed to Mercato in Naples. I will be back soon
