Love the property. I stay here every time I am in Naples.

Once she appeared behind the desk I had to actually said hello can we check in? Went for a wedding to Naples Florida and that is why we stayed in this hotel. I was drying my hair with the hotel hair dryer and the electricity went off like zero power. I Called the front desk but no one ever answered.. again at any given point you walk by the front desk there is no one there. The carpets have seen better days The actual room it’s ok for a night sleep But this is not a hotel to go for a holiday. It’s a quick in and out BUT not if you actually need electricy in your room.

Awesome hotel. We stayed in the club level suite. Beautiful room clean and well appointed. We stayed on the third floor so open the door and we have breakfast, snacks, cocktails (top shelf liquor) and deserts. All included. Service was superb!! Very friendly, efficient staff. Nice pool & well equipped fitness center as well. Never had to use our car, they shuttle you via golf cart or Suburban to the beach ( they supply chairs, umbrella & towels) restaurants, drug store etc. Had a fabulous time. Can’t wait to return

Stayed in club suite. It was huge. Immaculate. Excellent staff.

Depending on time of day, we encountered either super happy employees who were driving the golf carts or the rude ones who barely spoke and ignored the fact I had a boot for my fractured ankle to help me into the vehicle. Not saying we needed special treatment, but gosh manners are manners. The rude guys seemed to be evening shift. Overall, a great place and being the off season, the price was great. Don't think we'd pay to stay during the busy months.

Great location! Overall, room was clean and there was no carpet (which is a plus for us). Pool is small but very enjoyable!

Property is very modern/clean. Staff is amazing. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Our room was amazing. Very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. Parking is OK. There is a parking garage a block or 2 away. We would definitely stay again.
