Inn on Fifth

Had a room on the second floor with private access to the pool area. Great room, very clean and an excellent staff. Staying in Naples in late September was a great change of pace. Restaurants and shops are open but very few tourists. This may end up being an annual trip

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with a very large balcony overlooking 5th Avenue. The inn is very centrally located for both shopping and dining in Naples and fairly close to the beach. The hotel accommodates guests with transportation to the beach and any other attractions within a mile of the hotel. We were only at the inn for one night so did not have an opportunity to go to the bar but did have breakfast, which was very good, in the pool area which is lovely.

Clean and close to everything

free WiFi”. Seriously? I was there on a business trip and set my filters for “business trip and free WiFi” when searching for a hotel. And this is what o got? I was charged $45/day for a pool 🏊 didn’t use, and to PAY for WiFi. My room was merely “ok”. I was backed up to what must have been an ice machine because it’s all in heard over and over 24/7. I couldn’t sleep or work very well with that racket. Also, there’s no place on site to even get a cup of coffee. I went downstairs at 6:00AM to inquire and was told I could take transportation down the street and go get some. Seriously? Was there a Keurig in my room, yeah. But I didn’t want instant coffee and creamer from a packet. Oh, and I found out AFTER I checked out that they do provide some type of shuttle but it only takes you under one mile away. Sorry how would I get back? What’s worth going to within a mile anyway? Time is money in the business world. I wasted time and my money. As a businessperson it didn’t meet my needs at all. Oh, and if you have a car, parking is ad additional daily fee. And then there’s the 5% resort fee, too…plus the $45/day so-called amenities fee. Hard pass next time I have business in Naples (East).

The room was very good and clean with all you need fir your stay. Thank you to guys of Valet services and front desk ..pool lady and maid of our room. We can't wait to visit the Hotel again. Near to restsurants..excellent location.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the concierge helped make my husband birthday special by getting us a reservation for one of the best restaurants we’ve ever had!

Nice hotel. Good location. Never tried the restaurants but from the valet to the front desk, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice spot for a weekend getaway. Nice well maintained hotel and nice rooftop pool area.

Location is great. Layout of property not so much.

The property itself was great--the building and architecture. Staff and helpful were gracious especially those at the club level. The club level amenities were good although, the breakfast food should have more variety especially if guests are staying a few days. The drinks offerings were excellent. The club level is located in another building across the main building where the pool is. I think the club level should be located in the building with easier access to the pool. It just doesn't make sense that club level guests have to cross the street to get to the pool. One time we decided to go to the beach, we found out that there were no beach side service. Guests were only driven to the side of the beach then left with umbrella and chairs which the guests have to haul to the beach and set up themselves. At least setting up the umbrella and chairs would be appreciated. Anyway, we ended up going back to the hotel at once since the beach wasn't that inviting anyway.

Right down town. Great staff. Rooms were spacious and had balconies or julet balconies.

Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping etc.. Even if you just window shop up and down 5 th avenue! Love love loved! Great time
